Ashley fitted a UPVC patio door and front door for us as well as undertaking a number of other minor repairs. He took time to understand what we wanted, came when promised and did the work to a high standard. We had a problem with the patio doors leaking because the manufacturer failed to prepare drainage channels properly. Ashley was at our house within 20 mins of us reporting it; he investigated it and liaised with the manufacturer to agree a solution then implemented it, all within 48 hours.

Ash replaced 5 blown windows in my conservatory. He was really reasonably priced also quick and very reliable . Will definitely use him again x

A L carpentry and glazing boarded and insulated our attic and fitted a velux window and loft ladder , the service was excellent , they arrived on time and were so clean and tidy , the attic looks great , I would highly recommend them .

I cannot recommend Ashley and his Team enough at AL Carpentry he is by far the most trustworthy carpenter we have dealt with, he exceeds expectations and his work genuinely speaks for itself. He maintains a very professional service and was more than accommodating to work around our schedule when needed during the current pandemic. Ashley originally came out to quote for new windows and upon quotation I mentioned a few odd jobs we were interested in having rectified such as transforming our kitchen work tops, giving our staircase a new lease of life and some panelling work to our stairs and landing. We are completely over joyed with each job completed we have now booked to have our garden fence and gate replaced in the next few weeks. 5***** service

I've had Ashley round for a few jobs. He built new garden steps, hung some internal doors and fixed a couple of UPVC windows. Always on time and good value. And he's a nice chap to go with it. Thoroughly recommend.

Although Ashley offers much more than this, as a friend Ashley around to fix a bed that snapped so I didn't have to buy a new one!!
