This company is completely and utterly rubbish, wrong sizes and items came and then they offered a small refund to keep items which were of no use. We decided to send the items back for a refund but six months later the package has come back as undeliverable even though the company provided the address to send to in China. We've lost hundreds of pounds with this company, how can UK allow this kind of company to be able to run as a business here. Completely CRAP.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from this company. I first ordered a large size jacket which turned out to be far too small but of good quality. Alcantro said i could keep it and offered a small refund as well which has not been received. I then ordered a 2XL jacket which has never arrived. Their emails are always reassuring and courteous but the goods don't come. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible company. Substandard goods. Promised partial refund - it’s never arrived. A con - no boutique shop in London. Goods are from china and not as advertised. How this company is allowed to trade beats me. Everything about it is contrary to trade description act.

I ordered two sweater in October. One eventually arrived albeit with a hole in sleeve however although they send lovely messages the second one has never arrived also there email address is not working. Should always look at trustpilot before ordering. Do not use this company

I reported to authorities, there are AI generated email responses for any complaints or refund request.

I ordered 2 items months ago, all made in china, not UK, took month for delivery, an item was wrong, they promised a replacement which never arrived, a refund which never arrived.

Do not buy from this company - if you do be it at your own risk. they do not honour their refund policy. unreliable on deliveries I have need arguing with them for 4 months about a refund. numerous e mails between us. their reply is all A 1 and standard "we will be In touch" "you have been warned " David Collins

Would rate 0 if possible. Two months ago I paid £87 for products that were never delivered. Got in touch with them, there are over 20 emails now and all I get are excuses and promises but no solution. I now think they never intended to deliver anything and the answers were just to trick me into. I have now reported them to the authorities.

After waiting over 2 months I finally received my jacket. Poor quality and to small, after contacting the company I was told to keep the jacket and a new size would be sent out. 6 weeks later and still waiting.
Don't buy from this company you would find better on a car boot stall.

I fell for it. I am an idiot. 3 weeks for arrival. 2 of 4 jumpers arrived. Too small. Made in China and shipped from China, not cashmere. Do be stupid like me.

I paid the item and it was supposed to be delivered within 3/4 business days. There’s an AI generated email response for any complaints or refund request. Do not buy from them. This is a scam.

Scam company! They didn’t deliver the product nor the refund! Stay away and report them to the Fraud Police so no one will be scammed anymore!!!!

THEY DO NOT SEND ANY PAPERWORK AND THERE ARE NO LABELS INSIDE THE GARMENTS. AFTER COMPLAINING THEY INITIALLY OFFERED ME A 20% REFUND WHICH SLOWLY ROSE TO A 70% REFUND BUT FULL REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED AFTER YOU HAVE RETURNED THE ITEMS TO CHINA - YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE COSTS! BUT THAT IS A PROBLEM IN ITSELF... AFTER THEY PROMISE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HEAR NOTHING MORE FROM THEM AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM, THEY WILL COME UP WITH EXCUSES REGARDING TECHNICAL ISSUES, ETC ETC ETC!!... SO WAVE GOODBYE TO YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!

This is a scam company. You may get a parcel but it won't include what you ordered. They then make you return to CHINA, AT YOUR EXPENSE. They will then offer you a refund starting at 20% of what you paid, increasing to 40%, but even if you accept, they won't actually send the refund. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

This is a truly terrible company. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The item I received was extremely poor quality, tiny labels in Chinese, no instructions for care or information on fabric content.
I asked for a refund. They have made it incredibly difficult to get a refund and constantly ask more questions, ask for more information. They eventually said I could keep the item and they would give me a 30% refund but for a full refund I would need to send the item back to China which apparently is expensive and takes a long time. They have not explained why they can offer a 30% discount but not a full one.
They said they had issued my refund on 11 November. It is now the 25 November and no sign of a refund. They claim they are having 'technical issues' with their refund system. I do not believe this for a second. This is clearly another blatant excuse not to give me a refund or at the very least, delay issuing it. I would be very surprised to receive it at all.
The cardigan has gone in the bin. It's not even worthy of sending it to a charity.
I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I feel I have been conned.
They appear at all times polite, helpful and apologetic but do not be fooled, this is not backed up by action.
Do not use this company, their website is extremely misleading, their goods are terrible quality and their customer service is appalling.

Dreadful company! Ordered a jumper from them and it was really poor, rough material. Took 6 weeks to come. No labels and when I asked for a refund they kept trying various ways to persuade me to keep it. I eventually was so tired of it all I accepted a ‘partial refund and keep the jumper’ I would never use this company again.Don’t let the photograph of a posh London shop fool you!!!

please can someone inform me, when you order from Alcantro do you receive your delivery?
I have paid for and ordered 2cashmere sweaters on 30th Oct and was informed parcel would arrive by 15th. Haven't heard anything further and no replies to my emails and was wondering if they are scammed?
Anyone have any input?

Fake , don’t buy clothes from Alcantro, they give you wrong return address. The item without any label, cheapest material never trust, never buy anything from them!!!

Absolutely shocking experience. This company is totally unpr8ncipalled.
I ordered from them and delivery was very late.
The product was labeled XXL but was medium at best.
I tried to return for refund and was informed I had to post to China at my expense. Plus add a written statement as to my satisfaction which they would consider before refund.
Horrible, horrible people.
I did get 50% back but am lumbered with a no-good product.
Do not deal with these people!

I HAVE ALREADY REVIEWED THIS COMPANY ON HERE!! THEY GOT BACK TO ME, SAYING THAT I CAN KEEP THE JUMPER ( WITH NOT EVEN 1 LABEL ON IT)

Please read all the reviews on this thread before buying anything from this ultra scam company. They will take your money immediately, make you wait many weeks for delivery and use an inferior, couldn’t- care-less courier for delivery of what will not be the product advertised by them or ordered by you. I ordered something purporting to be a ‘100 cashmere’ jumper, which looks and feels, in fact, like 100 percent man-made tat, not even in the colour ordered. Despite their stated return and refund policy, they neglect to say you must return the offending, fraudulently-sold item to China at your own inconvenience and cost, around £30. If you take issue with them, their ‘goodwill gesture’ (as in they’re doing you a favour, although they’ve done nothing wrong) is a 20 percent refund on a jumper you have no desire to own. This is a very, very bad company who should be investigated by the authorities and avoided by you. Please don’t make the same mistake as other gullible customers.
