This is not a genuine company
This is not a genuine company. The website shows a photo of a shop, supposedly in London, that is a fake.
I ordered three cashmere jumpers, which turned out to be viscose and polyester.
The jumpers arrived in aplastic wrapping that must be torn to be opened. But tearing the plastic makes any return invalid under their policy.
Despite what it says, it is not based in the UK and items are shipped from China to a warehouse in the UK, which sound dodgy too.
Avoid this company at all costs.

ALCANTRO London is based in China.
ALCANTRO London is based in China.
They’re a complete scam company.
They work under false advertising, what you order is not what you receive!!
I’m notifying Trading Standards as their ethics
on return goods do not comply with trading in the UK.
