Free breathwork on Sundays

I have used Breathwork through Alchemy of Breath on Sundays for over a year now as part of my healing journey. Free access to train facilitators who guide you through an arc using a conscious connected breath. I have had some amazing experiences using the breath and it is a simple practice done to music. There are 2 sessions offered every Sunday and I come back repeatedly. I have also enjoyed free workshops led by Anthony and Amy, the most recent one March 2026 on Trauma. I have received much knowledge and healing from Alchemy. The founders have given much back to the community for no charge, giving access to everyone regardless of their financial situation and wish to send this review as a thank you.

Unprofessionell

I unsubscribed multiple times from their newsletter, wrote them more then ten times to take me out, even wrote them on instagram. I never received an answer an still get a ton of mails from them.

That's illegal and unprofessionell.

Peka, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I want you to know we're truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.

There's an unsubscribe button at the bottom of all our emails that removes you automatically, but that's not the main point here -- unsubscribe requests should always be honored, immediately and without question. I'm going to be honest with you: we have been having problems with our tech stack, specifically the CRM that sends our marketing emails, and I believe that's the real cause of the issue.

I have personally made sure your email address is unsubscribed from all our lists now, and I would genuinely love the chance to make this right with you. You can reach out to me directly at anna@alchemyofbreath.com — I'd love to offer you something as a gesture of goodwill for the trouble.

With apologies and care,
The Alchemy of Breath Team
