Pooja called me proactively to check…

Pooja called me proactively to check all OK and offered helpful amendments to my ad. She is 5* in her customer service. I have only rated Vistavue at 4* because I have had trouble getting in contact with anyone there this week - it was just fortunate that Pooja called when she did. Both account managers I had details for and the account dept that send my invoice failed to respond. Thanks Pooja for saving the day.

Complete scammers - walk away!

This company sells you on the concept of vibrant digital ad displays at hotels and hospitals, or other high traffic lobby areas to help drive customers to your local business. They typically have high pressure sales tactics to make you commit quickly (like "I'm only going to be here working with this hotel this week"). Once you've signed up, their "design team" is supposed to help create the ads for you. They are slow, low cost, and very poor freelancer engagements. Everything they produce is like amateur hour. They do not follow instructions or use provided assets. Their work product is riddled with spelling errors and is certainly not proofed. In our case they ended up moving the digital display to the basement, in front of the restroom (which they claim is allowed in their contract but does not serve the spirit of the agreement. Since the outset, we have experienced one example of bait and switch after another, including, but not limited to, the proposed start date of advertising, the proposed location of the the ad kiosk, the nature of the ad kiosk, the proposed rotation of ads on the kiosk, the timeliness and quality of ad design processes, and even billing. They've also operated as Direct Digital and as The Community Network. This company has been scamming small businesses for years, in the UK, Australia, and the US. They are the absolute worst!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I experienced an issue where I needed to speak with a team member. Poojah was attentive, she listened to my concerns & dealt with these issues in a timely manner. The whole process was extremely efficient.

Friendly and capable

Both my onboarding manager and my design manager Lucian were so friendly, easy to work with, and inspired confidence. They were patient with my questions and efficient with service which is ideal.

Awful company promise you everything…

Awful company promise you everything when they sell you the advertising but then refer to the contract which states the opposite to what the salesman says. I have had an advert with them for 18 months, which has failed to be displayed for 6 of those 18 months. They now have lost the venue I advertise in the centre of Wakefield and want to move my advert to Barnsley or Leeds. This would be of no help to my business. I cannot get out of the contract even though they have failed at there end. Also remember to end your contact with 18 months of signing the contract or they auto renew and again you cant get out of the deal. Total charletains avoid at all costs
