I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company truly deserves it. I placed an order over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my item. The tracking information is a complete joke—useless and vague, showing no real updates or progress. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and either received canned responses or no helpful information at all.

I get that the jewelry is inexpensive, but that shouldn’t mean terrible service and nonexistent delivery. At this point, I’m not even sure if I’ll ever get what I paid for. Save your money and your patience—this company is not worth the hassle!

If I could give them a -10 I would. This site is a complete scam. I never received my order and then they charged me an additional $39.99 for absolutely nothing and without my consent. Had to cancel my card. Do not purchase anything from them. Avoid at all costs

Scammed website, their privacy policy is not clickable, they will sign you up to subscription $19.99 even though I uncheck all the boxes and contacted them to cancel order and review any subscriptionto cancel because i cant even login to have option to cancel if it exist. Avoid at all cost.

Do not order from this company it is a scam! They try to hit your card for multiple charges after your one order. I’m sorry I did not agree to a subscription I ordered one ring thankfully apple keeps denying the charges. Would never order from them again and so glad I didn’t use a debit card!

They tried to bill my credit card two weeks later for another purchase I did not make. Luckily my credit card flagged the transaction and called to see if I made the purchase. I would never buy another item from them. Plus the ring is nothing special and looks so fake.

I ordered 4 rings and only received 1. 7 months later still have not received the 3 remaining rings and they won't issue refund.

Do not waste your money....they just throw it in a plastic bag and ship, no box. It is junk, plus they automatically sign you up for a membership and charge your card every month.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIS PRODUCTS. I brought a ring it came beautiful with the box and everything and the other 2 orders I made in came on a plastic horrible bag. The products are NOT worth the money.

Also they try to charge me twice after I received my order. They charge you like a membership. Luckily I read the reviews and CANCEL my card immediately so they couldn't charge me again.

This company will automatically sign you up for a recurring monthly subscription.

They don’t ask beforehand, they don’t have a box that you can select or de-select at checkout, and there’s no way to cancel the subscription.

I emailed them referencing the exact state and federal laws that prohibit such practices. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful—just objective and factual.

They blocked my email address.

I tried calling them on two separate occasions, and let the phone ring for 15 minutes each time. No one ever answers.

SCAM SITE. Charges you 39.99 for a ‘subscription service’. This box to accepts these terms are at the bottom of the page when you buy a ring so you never know it is there saying you agree to said charge. Wish I had bought somewhere else!! The ring is nice but not worth it at all.

Like many reviews I’ve just read through, I was also charged the $39.99 for a VIP subscription that I never authorized.

I first called my bank and they told me to call the company. I spoke to a representative and she told me it was a charge for the VIP subscription. I told her I didn’t sign up for a subscription, nothing I had received from them said anything about a subscription - I ordered one ring. Her response was “Oh.” She then went on to mumble that she would refund me 50% of the monthly subscription fee. I told her no, she will refund all $40 because I never authorized any of this. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the subscription, I told her yes, I want it cancelled and I want a full refund. She then tried to offer me the subscription for a 60% discount. I told her NO WAY. I asked for an email with all confirmation of cancellation and refund, but not a shocker, it hasn’t arrived yet.

Bought rings from them and obviously paid for them. Now they are taking money from my account without consent

Scammers stay away they charged me three times $39 and I never received my ring!!! I contacted them several times they did not respond.

They sold me three rings, the description, said Moissanite stone. I sent an email telling them they needed to fix this, and I haven't heard back from them. They're saying they're selling one product and sending another. The description of the rings in their ad said this. Description

They don't pass on my gem tester. I don't know what kind of stone it is, but it is defiantly not moissanite

They charged me twice. Two different amounts.

Definitely a zero. They chose to use GOFO Express as delivery service and they never delivered my package. They also tried charging me $39.99 again today. That is the weirdest thing, they chose to charge me the same day at the same time of the supposed “delivery”. Makes you wonder if that has anything to do with my package never being delivered, since the fraudulent charge was unsuccessful.

Unsure how others receive packages from them with their bad service.

If I could give zero I would. This is a scam of a company. They charge a VIP which I never agreed to. Don’t waste your time. Now I am fighting for my money back for some ridiculous costume jewelry. Ugh !

These people know what they are doing. They sell you bad products and then they charge you $39.99 a VIP Club a month later that they don’t even mention on their website whatsoever! I had to argue with them for days in order for them to refund me the $39.99 VIP Club fee. I sent them pictures of their policies as proof of nowhere does it mention a monthly fee for their VIP Club! I told them that I would dispute the charges with my bank! The charge was removed but now I am having to monitor my account in fear that they will try to charge me again.

Bought it and wore it less than a month to realize the colour was tone down/faded.
Hence they promised a lifetime warranty but been asking for an update for a month now. They just gone MIA.
