THEY ENROLL YOU IN A $40 PER MONTH “VIP” MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT CLEAR CONSENT, CLAIMING TO OFFER EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS YOU NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE FOR ITEMS YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PURCHASING. CANCELING IS INTENTIONALLY COMPLICATED, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDES ENDLESS EXCUSES TO AVOID ISSUING REFUNDS. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY OFFER NO REFUND AND TELL YOU YOUR NOT GETTING THE PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH THEYRE KEEPING YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy! They will send you a ring and then keep charging your card for $39.99 every month!!!!!! Scam!!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! PLACED AN ORDER FOR 4 RINGS. RECEIVED THEM AND YES THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT AFTER THE FACT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR 3 MONTHS NOW OF VIP MEMBERSHIP THAT I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR AND IT'S NOT EVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $39.99 EACH MONTH. ASKED FOR THEM TO CANCEL IT AND REFUND ME AND THEY TOOK OVER 10 DAYS TO RESPOND TO EMAILS TELLING ME THEY CAN'T REFUND ME AND ASSURED ME MY "MEMBERSHIP" WAS CANCELLED. YET STILL AGAIN THIS MONTH I WAS CHARGED $39.99 I AM PISSED!!!!

These Rings are such a scam!!!!! The quality is terrible, and THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!! They claim a membership that they don't advertise and charge you for it!! Then when you ask for an explanation they are terrible to work with!!! They are shady, please don't purchase!!!!

This company has charged my card 3 times for 1 ring that I ordered.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!! Absolute scammers. I ordered two rings. Before I even got them, they charged me a separate $39.99. I emailed and asked why and they said it’s a VIP membership that I signed up for to get the good prices. I never signed up. I told them many times to reverse the charge and never charge me again for the membership. They won’t respond now. I finally get my package from them and there’s only one ring, not the two I ordered. I don’t expect to hear from them on that either so I’ll be making another claim with my credit card. Do not buy from here!

SCAMMER They take 39.99 every two week and won’t get in touch with you… sucks you can’t actually write a review on there website please read some of these reviews before purchasing!

I wouldn't even give it a start! I have received anything and didn't get my refund do called my bank and did it for myself. Still says its in LA 👎🏽. I was also charged an additional amount of $39.99 I didn't approve of.

Horrible, don’t purchase. I was charged for the ring and then 1 week later charged a different amount . When I contacted them they said I purchased a Monthy VIP subscription in addition to the ring. First, there was no initial email stating that I purchased that only the ring and I did not approve the monthly VIP I will be calling my bank!

I’m trying to process refund n they said return cost is customer responsibility while on their website saying FREE.
They delivered from USA but they gave UK address for return address n it cost me $21 while the product was $30.
Also I was shocked when I found they keep charging you $39,99 every 2 weeks..!!! And they’ve been charging me 3 times already..!!!

I bought 2 rings which were on sale and I think it was buy 1 get 1 free. I paid $45. The day before my package got here they are trying to take another unauthorized payment of $39.99 I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Absolute scam artists have taken another two payments out of my bank that I did not consent to. Cheap crap jewellery with no box, and cleaning cloth as described. Then to take two more payments the absolute cheek. I have reported to my bank as fraud please avoid this scam company absolute joke

Charged for a membership I didn't agree to "to get the discount" as they said. And when I challenged this, they only offered half of my money back. Still waiting to hear back about getting all my money back.

I order a silver ring and got a gold ring. The ring shipped from China but the return is to the UK (at my expense). What kind of customer service is that ?!?!. Your company made the mistake not me.. Adding insult to injury The jewelry is cheap and the customer experience is even cheaper. Go to TEMU, SHEIN or Amazon. They do business a lot better at cheaper prices with better quality. RUN!!!! Thank me later.

Please please do not buy from here. This is a scam!!!! I purchased 4 items on 5/15/25 and they show they are being cleared in New York from Hong Kong as of 6/2/25. Also, they had a promotion if you buy several you get an item free. My payment was made on 5/15 and I’m getting charged on 6/1 for the free item. The charge was shown on my card. If it’s too good to be true it is. I tried contacting them with no success. Do not waste your money. I bet their items are garbage based on the other comments here but I didn’t listen.
