Refund issue
I bought 4 pairs in may. Kept one and 3 were returned and received on the 17th of June. Until today I haven’t received my refund for Thor 3 pairs. The CS is telling me that they had issues returning the money to my account. It’s a lie, I paid with PayPal. I’ve been emailing them many times. This shop is a scam! Don’t buy there. Also shoes are poor quality!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought Aldo boots for my daughter to use at work. She has had them for five months and the sole of the boot is falling off. Complained to Aldo and they will only back their product for 90 days and only if you have a receipt. 90 day? Yup just about as long as there boots last. If you want good boot DON'T buy from Aldo.

I was very happy with my wedding shopping from every site in India right now but every online website is somehow or the other disappointing me back to back..
I ordered a handbag from this website for my main wedding day to carry along with my lehanga..Very excitingly I waited for the bag to be delivered,only to open up with such a disappointment to see that the handbag was the size of a mini bag.The pictures on the website show a bigger medium size handbag but the actual size varies a lot.
So much of bluffing the customers.Arent yoh people supposed to write if the bag size is small,medium,large or OS??
Also,when i gave the feedback on the website they deleted it..How clever..

Ordered 2 pair of shoes and a handbag. Shipping was very slow due no doubt due to Covid and high volume of shipments through UPS. My purchase was stuck at the warehouse as UPS wouldn't pick up more than a certain amount each day. Took a few calls to find out what the issue was but my fear that when I did get the product I might have a problem proved wrong. Shoes & handbag are all beautiful and correct sizes. Happy with my purchase!

I realize that due to this covid 19 pandemic, things aren't 100 percent back up and running. I purchased 2 pair of shoes and they are too small. I've called several times and I'm unable to get a live person or a return label. My receipt says that I am still within the timeframes to return but I am running out of time. I am worried that I may lose my money.

Fleder Suede Driving Shoes
Poor quality shoes, really bad Customer Service in Westfield White City Store. Normally suede shoes are soft and super comfy, these fleder’s are rough and the worst suede mocassins I’ve ever bought. Wore it for the first time today and had blisters in both the feet. Wish I hadn’t bought them! I will never shop from Aldo ever again, sorry to say that you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Never Order Aldo Online. I have placed an order on may 22, for 2 pairs of shoes. Only received 1. Customer Service have no clue for what happened to the other pair. Worst experience ordering online and to deal with their stupid Customer Service Agents on CHAT LINE. I have tried contacting them numerous times but same BS. I have placed an order on 23rd of may for few things and i haven't received one of the order and one of the item which i have returned haven't got the refund. It is so frustrating. These all items were gift. And i wrote an email about the package when i will be receiving but there is no reply yet. I will be never buying anything from aldo now. No more i just want my refund and my order if you are sending otherwise refund for that one also. This is too much.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS BEWARE
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS BEWARE - Aldo is using UPS to ship to you, which hands packages off to Canada Post when they get to our country. This is resulting in MASSIVE shipping delays. I ordered sandals mid-May that I might get by August, according to Canada Post. Aldo refuses to give me a refund, even though the shoes have not even left their warehouse yet! They are passing off the cost of shipping delays to consumers, essentially keeping your money though they know they can't really get your product to you in a timely enough manner to make it useful.

I bought an Aldo bag 1.5 year ago and I barely used it (2-3 times for a short time and foe a party not for shopping!) and the zipper now is broken. I can not use the bag any more. I asked for the help from the same branch I purchased the bag and they did not help me at all.
Why should pay more than 50 dollars for a bag with a very low quality? I want to ask from Aldo that: is it normal for your standards to have defect in the zipper after 3 times of use?
So disappointed both because of bag and because poor customer service.
I wont purchase any thing from them and dont recommend this brand anymore.
A waste of my time........
The Aldo company is apparently ran by less than smart people. I ordered a handbag, and was looking forward to receiving it. In this pandemic, shipping is taking longer than usually. But still everyday I checked the status because I was excited for my purchase. After about two weeks, I receive any email stating my order was canceled because of payment issues. Ummmmm, what?! I give them a call and they tell me my payment was “reversed so they canceled the order”. Here is the thing, they fully charge you when your order is shipped. Meaning your payment is pending until then. With most banks pending payments only last so long before they fall off. So all the company had to do was issue another charge. Instead they just canceled my order. What buffoonery!

I love their designs however each time when I bought the high heels the heel broke
Don’t get me wrong I am 55kg 170 tall I ve been wearing heels since I remembered and never had problem like repetitive problem as I have with ALDO so sad

Still waiting for 2 refunds from Aldo. Sent back a pair of shoes end of April & another pair beginning of May. Eventually got a reply from there email service to be asked to send in proof. Done this to now be told I have to contact customer services whish I carnt get through to.
Just be careful when ordering items because I've seen that they have gone into administration so will not get refund if have to return like myself. Surely they shouldn't be trading still over the internet if they have gone into administration.
