Extremely upsetting
I was waiting for order for over a month. Everytime i emailed them and ask for an update, all they say is that “theres a delay”.
All of a sudden, aldo just refunded me the whole thing and said that its out of stock.
The whole time i was waiting and getting excited, just to be let down like this.
What a waste of time. It was very upsetting.
I should’ve read these reviews first before buying anything from aldo online. Absolute joke.

Terrible customer service!
1. Sandals on sales. Under the price it was mentioned that the price will be available until 31.03.2021. March 14 the price was 35.99 euro and after two days the price went up to 60 euro. I asked and I was told that they have new stock and this is the new price but when I told them that those sandals had a very clear mention that the price will be 35.99 until the end of march, nobody answered anymore.
2. I ordered a bag. After 3,4 days I receive an email saying that my order is still processing. I call at the shop and the lady told me that she can’t find my order and I should send an email to the customer service. I received the reply and I was told that I will receive it in the next 5 days.
As I was supposed to leave the country soon, I asked them to cancel the order as they are late and the bag hasn’t been sent yet but no reply. I sent another 3,4 emails and no reply. The next day morning the lady from the shop called me to inform me that my order arrived at the shop. I was shocked because the email from the customer service was saying that it will take another 5 days approximately. Why didn’t they say that the order has been sent already instead of “is still processing”?!

Stylish but Poor Quality
I love the look of their stylish shoes, so sexy. They always look great on me at first, but the quality on these shoes is really poor. I just fell in love with a pair of stilettos, but they're already really worn and falling apart. I've learned my lesson for the last time. Never buy cheap shoes.

There's should be an option to leave no stars. Horrific and ongoing situation where they refused to cancel an item I ordered (I cancelled within 10mins) and despite cancelling within their terms they found the next 8 days arguing the toss with me do they can dispatch the item. Its absolutely awful.

No refund after a month because I lost the tracking number
I’ve ordered online a pair of shoes from Aldo. The shoes were alright but not what I wanted so I’ve decided to return them.
Now after a month I haven’t received my £77 refund back. I had a tracking number but I lost it. So now it’s my fault I’m not getting my money back.
The same day I returned a dress to Monsoon with the same Royal Mail service and got my money back in 2 weeks. So I’m quite sure they haven’t lost the shoes. But Aldo is just disappointing.
I’m not using their online service again, so I won’t have to stress about losing my tracking number along with my money.

I'm very disappointed with ALDO's shoes quality and customer service in Puerto Rico. I bought two pairs of shoes the same day in the ALDO's shoes outlet at Canóvanas outlet and one of the shoes came with defects. I call the store in Caguas Catalinas mall and the manager was very defencive in terms of solving the problem. Yesterday afternoon I went to the outlet store in Canovanas to talk to the manager to see if I can solve the situation and he was very disrespectful, and tell me he can't make any change or make a credit purchase price on Sunday 26 of December because the system desn't allow him to make changes or credit to clients. I insisted to be attend like in any day of the week and he ask me to live the store. I'm very disappointed because I buy all my shoes from Aldo's stores and never before I have that much difficulty to be attended by yours managers. I have decided that from now on I'll never buy another shoe from Aldo's Store and I am going to make the worst negative publicity for your products and stores.

Absolutely disappointed. They have no information about anything that’s important, as an example I have a gift card of £64 that apparently it doesn’t work anymore but I didn’t get any notification about that. Also when I called they sent me to the store so I can use the gift card there, unfortunately when I got there they started to flash a paper in front of me saying they do gift cards because they are a franchise now. After all this things happened in the store I have called them again and they were saying that all they can do is giving me 50% off from the next online order. Not recommending to anyone this shop. Also the shoes and accessories are absolutely unpleasant quality for a high price.

The zip broke on one of the boots, after just a handful of wears. Sent them photos showing just how little they had been worn, also clearly showing the Aldo brand. They were just not interested without proof of purchase, quite patronising reply in my opinion, they understood how “frustrated” I was!
So I’m estimating that the boots cost per wear was around £30! I’m now faced with a £90 repair bill for both zips to be replaced, so really not worth it financially.
They have lost another customer, and will never recommend them.
Very short-sighted approach in my opinion. Goodwill goes a long way with customers, inflexibility however does not!

Terrible quality! Poor customer service. You will be disgusted to see their shoe quality. After wearing few times the sole is coming off and yet they don’t want to exchange or refund. I don’t recommend anyone .

Stylish, nice looking shoes. Terrible quality. Uninterested customer service. After my old boots got stained from getting wet, I decided to use their sale to buy a replacement at great value. Placed the order (which was really difficult with their buggy website) and waited 2 weeks (having contacted the customer service multiple times to enquire why my order wasn't shipped) to ultimately get a message saying my order was cancelled. No apologies. Waste of time.

If I could give minus star ratings, I would. I have purchased bags multiple times and the quality on them are so poor!!! Defo not worth the price! Three times, I have only got to use the bags once and the part that attaches the front flap to the bag to seal it, has come off on all the bags. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
