Every time I order something from Aldo I find the service efficient and delivery prompt. The two pairs of sandals I purchased are very comfortable and reasonably priced.

The delivery was so back
The delivery was so bad, I paid extra for next day delivery but received the parcel almost a week later than expected. The first day apparently a delivery was attempted but I was home and no one came. Its a shame that I paid extra to have the item early but was such a delay.

Awful return policy
Awful!! Item didn’t fit. Return policy is horrible!! They don’t refund the delivery cost plus you have to pay for sending it back. I’d rather take it to a store howe there’s no store near me. (Seems to be in London only)

Aldo Shoes is a brand that I love because of quality and style - classic or avangard, although the prices aren't so accessible but worth in quality.
My last experience with Aldo refunds, Escalations Manager and store staff are highly positive. They are good professionals, attentive and very helpful.

Disappointed soles were marked
I was not happy when I received the shoes as they were marked on the sole and looked like they had been worn. As the person who dealt with my complaint said they had been worn in the shop but not outside. They offered me a 30% refund which I accepted. Very prompt response and conclusion. The complaint was dealt with efficiently. I was happy with the outcome.

I have previously brought from Aldo a number of times and the quality is always amazing, I have shows over 10 years old.
I ordered some and they arrived, the quality wasn’t great and the strap was missing. I was so disappointed, however I contacted Aldo and there customer service has been absolutely incredible and I will continue to buy from them.
