A Perfect Example of a Wholesaler
We have used Aldridge Security for the past 15 years; they are our No:1 supplier for all locks and associated products. Excellent B2B website neatly backed up by high levels of stocked products and a reliable overnight delivery service.
Full product support from Mike in technical, Andi and his team in specials and Matt in the Evva department leave an air of confidence in the company that leads the way in our industry.
This is all overseen by Andrew Mote (our sales rep) who never fails to return a call, email or text and is always on hand for help and advice, “proper rep doing it the proper way”. Salespeople are the backbone of any company and Andrew demonstrates those qualities to perfection, without doubt he has been a significant contributor to the growth of our business.

Discusting way to treat customers
We spent over £500 on a order . We ordered 12 days in advance to make sure products are in time for a job. On opening the products on site the electronic mechanisms are damp inside the packaging. We are not going to put damp electronics in so wanted to return. Aldridge said we only have 10 days to return. What a joke of a company.

Yet another undelivered order
Yet another undelivered order. Place an order on Tuesday for delivery the next day. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed which I understand. Got a confirmation email from fedex telling me it would be delivered the next day before 6pm. Waited in all day. Called Aldridge at 5:30pm only to be told that it wouldn’t be delivered that day. When I asked when they knew, I was told that they knew in the morning but didn’t bother telling their customers. I also turned down a job as I was waiting for the delivery. I get better service when I buy an apple pie from McDonald’s. Pathetic. Second delivery on the trot with the same excuse.
