Case of contact lenses applicator is not handy. Difficult to open.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! The company had some issues with my order as astigmatism contact lenses are not usually in stock so had to be ordered. They took longer to arrive and I needed the normal lenses a bit more urgently. Alensa graciously split my order and delivered my normal lenses before the others and they were in my hands in time for when I needed them. Coincidentally the astigmatism lenses arrived just a day later so, yeah, overall, great service!
