If I could give an 0 score I would've

If I could give an 0 score I would have. I have no idea where this company got my details from but suspect it was via a coupon sign up company. I check my mobile bill each month and instantly saw £10.50 had been taken in fees from 88222 number. I had already received a text from Alerts4u and sent back a STOP message but it seems this didn't work and although I blocked the number on phone, Three kept letting this company take extra money for texts I never got. I reported to all relevant authorities, told Three that they are taking money without my permission and was able to report as a finance scam via Three website. I can't get my money back but will never ever sign up for any vouchers/coupons etc as "there is NO such thing as a free lunch" as these people have the unstoppable ability to charge £1.50 a time for unsolicited texts. Just think of the number of low level payments this company have charged users unknowingly: as for example let's say they take £4.50 a time from 2 million mobile users - that's not an annoyance individually - but a large scale enterprise dedicated to slight-of-hand business practices and to fleecing people using loopholes - all the time protesting their innocence - even though they knowingly set the company up in the first place to do exactly what they are doing.

The company use a PO box at Mount Pleasant Post Office site in London.
Their registered holding/original company is: 4130 Kinetic Ltd. Registered at: 7D DRAGOON HOUSE WESTSIDE VIEW, HUSSAR COURT, WATERLOOVILLE
HAMPSHIRE
PO7 7SF.
Companies House UNAUDITED accounts show that this company is running at a £177K loss.
SO WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY GOING TO?

Block premium rate numbers on your phone account

Topped up my sons phone on a o2 payg phone £10 which gave him a £5 bundle of unlimited calls and texts but every time we sent a text it deducted £1.50 so I rang o2 to query this only to find out them telling me we were texting a premium rate number but we weren’t!!! And on our end no texts showed up that we were texting any premium rate numbers although o2 could see from their end we were.. and I ended up arguing with o2 we were definitely not! This deduction was done without our knowledge or consent ..and I can’t understand how we cannot view the messages we were suppose to have sent ..it’s in stealth mode what ever it is BEWARE!
I’ve reported like others on here to action fraud and advise everyone to do the same. Also block premium rate numbers from your accounts.

Absolute scammers!

Absolute scammers!! I'm with 3 and I notice a few reviewers are also on the 3 network.
Anyway I phoned 3 today and was told to send a text 'STOP88222' (which is the text number these people are using) which I have done. I received an email back to say no further msgs will be send - let's see.
I shall now try and reclaim my £21 back. Will def be contacting Action Fraud.

Scamed me out of £2:50 and I have never…

Scamed me out of £2:50 and I have never even heard of the company at just text me twice saying you have subscribed to alerts what alerts don't need them reported to o2 and now Trust pilot I hope something can be done about this as it is theft at the end of the day. If we did it we would get done for it. Worst then pick pockets cus that's what it is. In October I seen on my Bill that this company had been sending me text messages amounting to £12.50 WITHOUT ANY WARNING please be careful as this company doesn't need your permission to text you thay just get your number and because company's sell your number on to other companies like mobile phone upgrade companies/ dept companies and so on. Years ago you can ex-directory your number but not today. Scaming people out money life is hard enough without people coning you and robbing you.

This firm has been taken money from my phone provider 3 for the last 6 months it exceed £66.00 I never subscrib for a rubbish service. Therefore I wipe their messages before I read them because I am convinced I have no contract with this firm. I should opened and cancel the prescribing which I though in the first place I do not have a contract at any time.
Mobile provider "3" keep referring me to get in touch with another firm who are busy all time and I assume it is this firm. The question how to recover these money?

it is important to report these types of crimes to action fraud as the small amounts are taken on volume from thousands of phones internationally allow fraudsters get away with large sums of money

It only takes 10 minutes to report to action fraud - once you are a victim of this type of crime fraudsters often will re target you with other scams

go onto the website of the scammer and enter your telephone number to stop the three weekly charges
