As an 'older but wiser' IT professional, author and seasoned "Google Guide", I have considerable experience both finding my next employment opportunity through on-line recruitment agencies and writing about the services I receive from companies I have dealings with. So, I think, my reviews should be considered an accurate and truthful representation of my experiences.

On this occasion, I can quite honestly say I was deeply impressed with the young lady I had dealings with (Debbie). She was actually like a breath of fresh air to deal with; she was not too pushy like some recruitment agents (she cared about her candidate making the right decision over her remuneration for filling the position). She had a fantastic sense of humour and came across as someone you can trust and talk to, which was later proven to be trust well placed. ;)

As a result, I am driven to leave extremely positive feedback (credit due) as through her, I successfully negotiated my new role, with a few added benefits which were not included in the original package offered by the company. She made herself socially available (Mobile/WhatsApp) to answer any concerns or questions I had, the answers to which she always communicated in a clear, accurate and prompt professional manner. Well done Debbie and thank you for your hard work. :D

Shocking communication....... I applied for a position they were advertising, initially the response was quick and a telephone interview arranged. The telephone interview went well, I was asked if I had applied else where and said not really as I found most recruitment companies unreliable. The advisor there assured me that they were different and that other advisors have KPI’s to meet so they get as many applicants as they can,but they weren’t like this. The advisor told me that she was putting me forward for the role and would come back to me with feedback, but the company takes their time. I left it for a few days and decided to chase, I had a response saying she would be in contact with me after the weekend. The weekend came and went with no response, so I chased again and was told they are slow coming back. Bare in mind the experience between Alexander knights and myself started on the 29/05/18 so has been dragged out for more than 19 days or so. I have emailed two more times but have had no response, this is purely out of principal I took the time out of my schedule to telephone interview and answer the questions the advisor had, it would be professional to have a response. It seems the advisor who I believe is new to the company was purley doing what she had told me other recruitment advisors do.
