I had high hopes for this company, but found issues with the computer. My power button didn't work after a year of owning. Now, I have another problem and they want me to diagnose the problem before sending it back. It's a mess. Guaranteed for life? First time, they gave me a hard time, second time they don't respond to my email. It's unfortunate. I was really rooting for this company.

When I bought my first-ever custom PC from Alexander PCs, I was in the middle of a move with nowhere to store it. Liz and her team graciously offered to keep it safe for me until I was ready to receive.

I was worried about damage as my PC had to ship from Chicago to Hawaii. Thanks to the excellent packaging they did, I received my product in perfect condition. They even provided the manuals/stickers/etc that came with the individual components, clear instructions, and a thoughtful handwritten letter.

When I booted up my PC, the extent they took to set it up absolutely blew my mind. Not only did they download drivers and optimize settings, but they even personalized the Microsoft profile just for me! I highly doubt many other builders would do that.

5 stars well deserved. If you're looking to buy a custom PC, you found the right builder.

I would never order from them again. Got my pc and the GPU wasn't even installed, just hanging out at the bottom of the pc with some screws floating around I still haven't found. I was waiting over a week for help and then just said it's my Internet contact them that's the problem, of course blame them. Thanks, but Terrible customer service.

Best Customer Service EVER! I have been thinking of buying a gaming PC for a long time, and did a pretty much ridiculous amount of research before finally deciding to go with Alexander. I am really glad that I did because the communication and overall customer experience with them was absolutely the best I've ever experienced with any company. I wanted to make some changes - okay like a lot of changes - to my PC after I had already placed my custom build order with them, and they were able to make the changes I wanted no problem. I was pretty much sure that they were going to screw it up because it was legit like 5 or 6 things that I changed from the original order to the actual final configuration. (I mentioned I can be indecisive, right?) I seriously have like a 40+ email thread with this company and I was 100% convinced that I'd made too many changes and something was going to be wrong when I received it. But... Nope. Every single thing was spot on. Cable management was great and everything was completely accurate and exactly as I wanted. Through the whole experience they were very kind and patient with me and never once acted or responded to me like they were annoyed with me making changes even though I'm sure it was annoying. Absolutely great experience and cannot recommend strongly enough!
