I would give 1 star if I could. SCAM.
The product (sylvia pleat leggings) took ages to arrive, was very poor quality from china and a completely different product from the one in the picture. When I emailed them they said that the only way to get a refund was to send the trousers back via tracked post which the post office told me would cost £63 in postage!!
They are refusing to refund me even though I was sent a random item worth no more than £3. Total scam. Do not buy from them!!!!

I ordered product early December and I still don't have it, I've been trying to contact them and nobody's contacted me back, tracking number doesn't even work. I'm going to have to do a charge reversal on my credit card if I don't hear back from somebody, complete scam!!!!

Same issues and everyone below...I ordered this item on November 20th for a Christmas gift and it is now January 2nd and I have YET to receive this product and had nothing to give my sister on Christmas and had to tell her "your gift isn't here yet." I am beyond frustrated and will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings (Sylvia Pleat Leggings) as they were a featured Instagram ad and boy did I fall for a scam! WARNING, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! First, the items ship from China and take several weeks to be received once ordered. Second, all sales are final (should have been a red flag for me). Third, the leggings were very poor quality and not at all the description. They were NOT soft yoga pants like the caption stated... they were so thin that when you put them on they were see through, there were loose threads all over the pants, and the elastic waist band was not very tight, it will likely stretch out the first time they're worn. Last but not least, I paid $38.99 for each leggings that literally should have cost $5.00 considering the poor quality and misleading description.

Do not order from this company. I have waited 6weeks & when I try to track my order it’s in Chinese. Emails are ignored!!

As other reviewers have said, I would have given a zero if I could, 1 star is way too much. I ordered 2 make up brush cleaners and 1 led mirror on the 19th November and they arrived on 29th December, they were intended as Christmas presents. They arrived in a plastic bag, both boxes of brush cleaners were damaged and they are just pure rubbish, poor quality. The lights on the LED mirror don’t work. I saw the same mirror in Homestore last week @ 12.99 Euro, I paid 30 Euro. How was I so stupid not to read the reviews on this site?? A total rip off!! How are they allowed to carry on exploiting stupid people like me?? I’m beyond disgusted!!,

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! The leggings shown on their website look absolutely nothing like the "leggings" I received. I reached out to the company about a full refund and they told me they are allowing it, however, I have to ship back at my expense to China! Not cheap! I told them they need to provide me with pre-paid shipping. They are beyond ridiculous to even try and defend this crap product. Let's hope they do the right thing, although I think that's a slim chance at this point. Horrible product with people standing behind it that have no shame in what they're doing. Scam artists and a complete waste of money.

First off, order was placed on 11/28, but tracking wasn't sent until 12/12.
THEN I get them in the mail- and I almost lost it. THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!!
To be honest, I never write a review, but THESE people are scammers. These leggings are worth $11.99 at MOST- but they're selling them for $40. I'm embarrassed this happened to me because i should have looked at reviews.

JUST DON’T! The company is in China, the products did not get here in time for Christmas although I ordered 4 weeks earlier. Above all, I was cheated. CHEAP PLASTIC LED vanity mirrors that are worth about $8 and I paid $33. One arrived broken. Don’t fall for their ads!

I ordered a pair of leggings on 11/26, they took probably 3 weeks to receive. That was the ok part. These leggings are supposed to be yoga pants also. They feel like polyester. A gross material. You would never do yoga in these pants. The crotch is saggy and if you pull them up to get the material in the right place then the pockets are in the wrong place, pretty much on your stomach. I’m trying to think what i can use this material for because i like the color but it’s just gross fabric. And dry clean only. Who dry cleans yoga pants. Waste of money.

Purchased two pairs of leggings and a sweater on November 24 (Black Friday via an Instagram marketing post). It is now December 26th, and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking shows it making its way from China; unfortunately based upon these previous reviews, I’ll either not receive it or quality of product will not be as claimed. I wish I donated my $114 somewhere else. Shame on you Alexia&Co for stealing people’s hard earned wages.
UPDATE: I received the package, the materials inside were extremely poor quality; wore items once and washed, and pretty much have completely come apart. TRASH!!!

SCAM!!! THIS IS A CHINESE SCAM! They are spamming users on Instagram and Facebook, posting pics of products from other stores. I bought a pair of leggings for $40 (Sylvia Pleat leggings) and after 1 month I received leggings that were completely different, inferior quality, bad sewing, different color, horrible!. PACKAGE CAME FROM A YANG KESHENG from some address in CHINA. These are scammers operating from CHINA on FB and IG. Other names/brands I found to run the same scheme are:
LAMISSCHI
FRAY

If they show up in your FB feed, report them as SPAM!

I would have given no stars if I could. Ordered a make up brush cleaner back in November. Thought I was dealing with an American company - turns out they are in China! Product took weeks to arrive and it was damaged - due to skimpy appalling packaging. I sent photos but they would not accept the photos requested a video - I think it was all delaying tactics not wanting to deal with my complaint. Eventually they agreed to replace the item - that was 4 weeks ago it’s now 2 days before Xmas and it hasn’t arrived and it’s a gift - I have now requested a refund and yet to get a response - do not deal with this company - shocking customer service.

The products look nice online but the customer service and shipping is appalling!! I ordered in November for a friends birthday at the beginning of December and it's nearly Christmas and it's not here! The customer service is shocking apparently there are no managers and they only have one generic email they send in response to any complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Agree with all the reviews. Complete scam. They did offer a refund, but only if I jump through a lot of hoops and send the product back to China with no actual guarantee of getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered gifts 24th November, still not appearing on the tracker, customer service is rude and unhelpful, can’t believe I was so stupid and didn’t do my research first, after now reading many comments, thank goodness I used PayPal and not my cc. If and when the mirrors arrive, am expecting rubbish as per comments below, Boots have a good looking one at a £20, wish I’d just gone to the shops and not been taken in by FB adverts. Lesson learned.
So these goods finally arrived today, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement, the goods came in very bashed and ripped packaging, obviously not enough care was taken, the mirrors themselves are light and flimsy and require 4 x AA batteries each.

Horrible pants that look nothing like the photo and such cheap quality. I should have looked at their return policy before ordering because after trying to talk to them I've learned that all sales are final and I'm now stuck with these horrible cheap pants. Hopefully this review will help someone else from making the same mistake.

Attention all Alexia & Co reviewers. Please send any and all proof of all your experiences to the U.S. Attorney General and also your states Attorney General. I have just learned that Alexia is under investigation for: false advertising, credit card fraud ( billing way before shipping and when contacted to cancel order BEFORE shipment refusal and then suddenly items shipped), international shipping violations.
