After much googling found this website which has a product that the wife is really keen on. Unfortunately the website doesn't stipulate the storage capacity anywhere on the website, just has the word 'large' in its description. I used the product equiry link/form several times over the course of 2 weeks but have received no response. I tried direct through their customer service contact form which doesn't work; I keep by an error message asking me to try contact them another way. Product looks good, unfortunately poor customer service.

I placed ordered( #6727316) for battery charger 0n13/03/2022costing $59.19.After making payment through paypal, they can cancelled the ordered stating that they cannot ship to my place.
when requested to refund, they replied, we dont accept your payment! 100%. Only after receiving the payment they process to ship, as they cannot ship they cancelled the ordered....
Please never make order in AlexNLD.....scam scam...

Made payment and item never shipped.

I have now contacted them twice with no reply.

Be warned poor seller

We ordered 3 chandelier for $5400 USD and received only 1 of very Poor cheap quality. Alex never gives his cell phone. Promised to return our $ and yet has NOT refunded us. We can tell this company is a fake what a shame. Lets hope Paypal responds correctly and finds them. We dont recommend this company. thank you, MM

I received the wrong item and still have not been refunded I have sent photos of what I ordered with contract and photos of what they sent me which was totally the wrong item iam very dissatisfied and find there servies very poor they are quick to take yourmoney but slow to rectify there mistakes

RIPOFF! I placed my order for 3 items (flags) for a total of $105.00, only received 2 of them. Order #4110. 6 attempts to contact generated no response. No refund was credited back to me for undelivered product, address - 17 Meserole St Brooklyn, NY 11206 - tracks to a vacant lot in New York, no names or phone contacts.

I made a purchase and they sent me just part of my purchase saying I bought it wrong. Clearly the title has the name of the product I bought but they sent me just part of it. I´m never buying anything from them again.

Listed items that they do not stock and try to drop ship but item is out of stock everywhere else hence the reason I order for shady site needed new race drone motor I did receive a refund but not good business practice...

I ordered Auto Car Floor Mats, I never notification as to why I was not informed as to the status of this product. In tracking the order I found out this product has been discontinued and not available. The message stated they refunded the cost $58.88, however I have never received refund. Phone number is disconnected. I guess this is a scam.

I ordered a spare to be delivered in Europe.
After 50 days I sent a "where my stuff" email and I got info it was not shipped, offering me to expedite it along with a new delivery of the same item (that is now listed at $7 higher than I originally paid).
After 2 days more I got another notice that my original order had been refunded, because they can't ensure the next shipment.
Yeah, I got my money back... I also wasted time when I could have ordered the item for US delivery, and have it ready for my next flight to Europe...
In a nutshell and whatever the reason is, ALEXNLD has not been serious with me and I won't even consider it in future.

This is a scam website. They list items for a cheap price and then they send an email saying it has went up in price and ask for more money. STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS

They sent me a piano that isn’t working and won’t procede to refund it. It is so annoying, especially that the piano cost me 300$ and that it is for sale for 60$ at Walmart lol. I’m pissed

I was in need of an item for crafting I couldn't find on anywhere, but finally found on alexnld.com. It was a great price which made me worried about quality, especially since I had never heard of alexnld.com. But I just received it, very sturdy! I had a small issue with tracking not showing up even though I got an email saying I could track the item; the customer service rep responded super quick to my inquiry. Also, considering it was shipping from overseas to USA, it was super fast shipping (which was FREE! BTW!) given not only the pandemic, but the USA postal issues putting strain on shipping firms.

This is a scam site. Made a purchase and was sent an email the next day saying that the price had increased and needed to pay an additional $13 to receive the item.

I ordered an item (smart watch replacement belt) and I received it, the exact item. Due to covid 19, it was slightly delayed but it did arrive. This is an honest company, I will continue to order from them again.

Order arrived within the promised dates and was exactly as described. Some confusion over courier delivery but quickly resolved.
Very good experience and would purchase again if required.

Placed an order for underfloor heating film...after weeks of waiting the order was still "processing" and it was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. When I contacted them about the order I was told it would be another 20-40 days to get my order. They refunded my money only after threatening to report them.
