I ordered a phone of off them because it was a bit cheaper than on any sites in my country. After ordering and paying via card I started being paranoid and looking for reviews of this site only to find that half of the reviews on most of the review sites say that this is a scam site.
I proceeded to panic and started trying to cancel my order. It seems i was a couple of hours late with my cancellation email because they had already sent my phone.
After this i was told that my package will arrive in 7 to 35 working days.
After 3 nail biting weeks the package arrived and everything is in perfect order.
I don't know if i was just lucky or something but this doesn't seem like a scam site to me.

Very pleasantly surprised. Good quality wooden toys/ ornaments. The clockwork mechanism works very well. Will order up some more in the future.

Never got my package ordered 4.5 months ago. I emailed the company many times. I did get responses but every one was "wait longer". I begged for my $$ back many times..finally today after 4.5 months I got my $$ back. The best part was when Alexnld.com told ME to call around and try to find my package..laughable...Will NEVER buy from them again. EVER.....

Alex NLD is a scam online platform owned by a Nigerian fraudster called Alex Nigeria Limited. This site have been scamming people of their hard earned money online all in the name of selling stuff cheaper than the normal price to attract buyers and when you buy and pay you end up getting nothing after waiting all your life for parcel that will never arrive your door step. Sometimes they would email you that your order have been canceled yet they won't refund you back your money. No refund of money, no customer service, no contact, fake tracking number, fake phone number, nothing. Everything about Alexnld is a scam! WISE UP PEOPLE!!! BEWARE OF ALEXNLD SCAMMING PLATFORM coz I'm one of his latest victim. Don't fall for him,don't be a victim like me. Ignore all the positive reviews on this site coz they are his partners in crime.

Ordered dry film from this company 24 Jul. It's now 06 Sep, and item is a no show. Company weren't helpful when I followed up a week ago.

I’ve made two purchases so far from Alex NLD and both arrived in just over a fortnight which was fine for international freight. Both were as advertised and significantly cheaper than I found elsewhere. The tracking didn’t seem to show progress of the shipments though. All I saw was ‘in process’ until they arrived at my house.

I ordered and item in May with promised delivery in early June and it wasn't delivered. I requested refund several time but the company was telling me to wait and wait and wait, instead.

I submitted a critical review on their website but as of now, my review has not been posted.

Prospective buyers beware.

I never received what I purchased, they gave me a tracking number, but the site would never let you enter it in, and absolutely nowhere to call customer service. I honestly wouldn't even give it a one star rating, it is a scam, don't fall for it. IT'S A SCAM !!!!!!

We know that the pandemic has delayed the delivery but I have received my order and it works great . Thanks again diane

My item was delayed by Covid19, but alexnld quickly responded to all my emails, followed up, and made certain it was delivered.

I had no real issues with Alex NLD, but it would have been nice to be able to track the parcel.
It arrived via Royal mail (from USA and before I had expected it), sadly I missed the initial delivery due to not expecting it so early.
The actual products have been fine and the best prices anywhere.

7- 20 day delivery to Canada is what was advertised when I made my purchase. It is now day 47 and counting tracking is useless tells you it left the origin country no updates but apparently at day 90 I can get a refund, so the race is on will it be refund or motorcycle parts for the win lol. Yes there is a global emergency I get that I'm just saying I deal with Amazon and eBay regularly and I have never had packages take more than double the delivery time not even with the current global situation and I am ordering online now more than ever so just a heads up if you need it now I'd go elsewhere.

My order was placed on Mar 2020, I am satisfied with the customer service assisted me promptly with my enquiry and delayed for the product. It was due to COVID19 that I only received my order in June 2020. Thank you to ALEX NLD & customer service and trusted business.

I like a company who responds to your concerns promptly. I appreciate and love the products they have in their inventory. I searched here for this part and could not find it anywhere and at a reasonable price.
I look forward to doing business again in the future. I also like the web site and the many selections and the manner in which they are displayed. It makes your shopping experience pleasant.

Total SCAM. Ordered an engine cover on May 13th. They sent me a fake tracking number from a scammer DHL fake site with some bull shipping info. June 7th and still no cover. Their support is very responsive but try to make you think that it will arrive. The scam is to wait at least 30 days and then you can’t put in a claim With PAYPAL or credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM ALEXNLD.com. You will lose your money.

Stay far away from these people. Bad service, slow to no shipping. You'll be sorry.
