Faulty product - unacceptable

One of the earrings that arrived (which I paid 45 euros for) has a faulty clasp that opens as soon as closed. The returns policy is unfavorable - you need to pay for shipping, also you need to provide proof for the defect with a picture. I could only prove the defect with a video, but they do not give such an option. Overall, the experience made me sad.

Disppointed

The hoops are very difficult to close.I suspect I won’t wear them another time.

Item still not arrived 12 days later…

Item still not arrived 12 days later and tracking status says customs pending and being returned to sender. Really not impressed.

Order issue

Products are beautiful BUT i orderd earings and got only one, they changed the name/packaging in the short time that order was delivered. But on my order it still says earings not hook (they changed it). I contacted help service (btw they are very slow in responding) and they told me that all of the orders come in pairs only hooks, piercings and ear cuffs are sold individualy. When i made a purchase they were still called earing so i am expecting to get a pair!
Otherwise the pruducts are nice and the shipping is fast. So I hope i will resolve the issue.

I have been a returning costumer and a happy one too!! Have bought many sets of earrings, others have endured more than some, they do seem to have a problem with the clip that loosens over time and fall off my ear. Otherwise the quality is awesome!!

Honestly they don’t seem great quality…

Honestly they don’t seem great quality for the price. It’s for a gift and I’m sure after a few times my friend wear them they will fall off.

I bought the symphony drop earrings in…

I bought the symphony drop earrings in gold, and they were absolutely stunning on. The packaging also was just gorgeous and screamed quality. The customer service is also very helpful. I wish I bought more earrings, and I will be beings heaps more in the future.

I really like the products just too bad that returns are really expensive and need to be paid by customer. You have to be really sure that you love the pieces.

I’ve ordered from this company several…

I’ve ordered from this company several times, mostly for gifts. I have been really happy with all my purchases and on the one occasion when I had to return an item the customer service was superb. Can’t fault them!

Quality not worth it for the price

Ale yole has beautiful pieces and great marketing but the quality of the jewelery just not justify the price. I bought disco fever and after a few uses, it completely changed shape and easily fell off my ear. I contacted customer services and got given a 10 % discount for a next purchase. Why would a customer make another purchase for a bad quality item for 10 % off? For the ££ paid for your products I would expect you to provide me an alternative of a product you believe is worth the price. This is why most items are on discount. The ones which are not, are astonishingly over priced. 154 euros for the harmony pack? 18K gold platted STERLING SILVER. If it weren't for their beautiful designs, I would rate it 1. Improve your quality to justify the prices or lower the prices to fit quality and customer expectations.
