A small bathroom (c. 2x2m) installation took over 3 months (March-July) and we had to finish the decoration ourselves as they could not source a decorator apparently. Now, 3 months after completion, we have a leak in the room directly under the shower. Despite the 3year warranty, we have been ghosted. We reported the leak on 17th September. Please save yourselves a headache and avoid this company.
Joseph and his team did a great job for us. A couple of leaks and he sorted both in an hour.
