The Algo Pixie is a snap to set up. I was engraving 15 minutes after unboxing. What makes the Pixie better than most of its competitors is the built-in software and the touch screen. I also appreciate the example files and the included parameter suggestions in the included documentation. For the price, this is the perfect laser engraver for those entering the laser engraving and cutting market.

The set up was easy and straight forward. My computer and LightBurn software recognized the equipment immediately.

Sold me a faulty laser-WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Over a year of trying their tests/solutions via Whatsapp. Wasted hundreds of hours, hundreds of dollars in destroyed materials. I spent $1100 on this laser and they even accused me of “operator error,” which I proved it wasn’t. I tried for over a year to get them to replace it. It basically tanked my new business because I couldn’t successfully create products to sell.
I am forced to take legal action and even that is problematic because as far as I can tell they have falsified information on their process of server agency. I reported them for fraud to the FCC.

Buyer beware, my laser worked for about 3 months, but then started malfunctioning and Algolaser will string you along, refuse to stand behind their product, waste your time and money.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALGOLASER. They are unscrupulous and dishonest.

They refused to replace it. I’m having to take them to court. They hide their server of process in the US, so it’s been a challenge to serve them. I finally found the US server of process, but their information seems to be falsified. I reported them to the FCC.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALGOLASER. They do not honor their warranty. They are unscrupulous and dishonest and will stonewall you instead of simply replacing an expensive laser per their warranty.

Saved us at least 80 hrs compared to hand stamping

It was an incredible experience 😃, I mean, amazing! The Pixi 5W is a small láser machine but powerful. You can engrave almost anything and then cut it to a 3mm thickness on various materials. Definitely, what I needed for my shop and business 📈. I fully recommend it #AlgoLaser

I absolutely love the Delta 40W. This machine is a dream to use. I've ran all sorts of programs through different materials. It has the finesse to engrave a delicate rose in epoxy resin, or do the flag on a piece of stainless. Dont hesitate you cant go wrong.

I absolutely do not recommend them. On their website, they claim to send a 24V 9A adapter inside the 40W module, but the box contained a 24V 6A adapter. Instead of compensating for their mistake, they are trying to make me pay the customs fee.

Simply the best experience. The screen, the shipping time, everything. I think there is no other brand that I recomend other than Algolaser!

I bought an Algolaser camera for my Algolaser Delta 40W. I am a newbie in laser engraving and this camera really help me a lot in doing engraving easier.

I bought the DYI mini kit 10w with the air pump and rotary tool. Excelent price, fast shipping, and the package was perfectly done.
Very easy to set up and configure, they have a file where they give you recommendations of every material that can engrave or cut and speed/power recommended.
Support team responds very quickly and are very helpfull.
I will continue buying things to them, excelent price, excelent product, and support. The perfect combination.

I've been using the Algo Laser DIY Kit MK2 for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience.

I bought the algolaser diy 5w last year. It works perfect and still running good after a year. It was a side hustle for me to work with it. Now I bought the extention kit plus the alpha 20w. Still waiting to arrive.

I bought an Alpha MK2 20W from Algolaser. Fast, hassle-free delivery. This home-use machine is perfect for modeling; I've been using it for six months now and I'm happy with it. I recently purchased a dedicated camera, and delivery was also fast and hassle-free. I use Lightburn software and everything works fine. I recommend Algolaser.

Amazing. Have got the 10w pixi, 5w diy with extension kit, 10w alpha. They are power horses. Great community and are easy to deal with. Great team they have at algo. I'm based in NZ, so grateful there are suppliers here.
