I really like the focus/energy chocolate! I'll eat one late afternoon and it just is a natural boost, I don't even realize I've taken anything, it just gives me more natural energy! AT age 65 I need a little boost:) My husband doesn't sleep well but has come to rely on the Night bites. They really help quiet his mind so he can fall asleep faster and stay asleep. The flavor of both is delicious. I now have a subscription and have been enjoying these for several months!

My question was responded to immediately. I feel more comfortable purchasing. I found a local store I can get it from now, I will try before placing any large orders. I look forward to it.

Support was very quick to answer and as very thorough. I loved their website's organization and I love how detailed their product testing sounds.

Who doesn't like chocolate and have a great sleep! Well, both me and my husband enjoy the chocolate and sleep like a baby after taking a piece of Alice. We have been taking this for several months and it works.
It is true that the older you get the less sleep you have but not with Alice.

Found these at clean market in nyc. Fell in love with the nightcap. Zinc ,magnesium,reishi, chamomile —might be missing something. But it’s that cute little dark chocolate squares that work. I take one every day around 7pm. By 9 I am so comfortable and ready for bed. Sleep has never been easy. These you just sort of fall asleeep. They don’t knock you out. You do t feel drugged. You feel calm and your body doesn’t ach (magnesium and zinc-so smart to put these in). Then the reishi- reishi are very hard to grow, but the benefits are outstanding. They take a bit for your body to really notice effects (just like many medicines/natural remedies). For me, after about two weeks I noticed my mood was more even, my anxiety was lower, I rely so much less on medicine. I never take otc medicine anymore- or rarely. It has helped so much. I d you it is in combination with good diet, but these are just that- something thing that is good for your diet these work and I am grateful I found them.
So after all of that, then there is customer service. I spoke with Bonnie, and she made an issue with delivery (it was hot outside-they mailed it with an ice pack- or their fault-but the chocolates were very gooey etc). I emailed them expecting an apology maybe discount- well they went over and beyond. This is a ci pant you can trust, a. I pant that empathized with me (Bonnie that meant so much!) over my blanket being stained lol.

Good, honest company that makes fantastic stuff. Mind you I do live right next to a mushroom store that sells every type of mushroom tincture etc there. They are great, but I find this blend with reishi is better for me than the reishi alone.

Total scammer. Took my money sent a tracking number then wanted another $150 for ‘stamps’ that would be refunded on delivery! Never received product or refund

I had a subscription with Alice Mushrooms for about three months for two products. Out of the three orders that I've received, only one (the most current) has been fulfilled completely. When I inquired about the missing items, the company representative was quick to respond to my inquiry, but I never received the missing items that I paid for. The order I received a few days ago was completely fulfilled. I inquired of the company again about either receiving the missing items that I paid for, or getting a refund. To date, there has been no reply - when normally there was a follow-up reply the very next business day. The one star is because the product is actually very good - taste, texture, and effectiveness. The "growing pains" that they are experiencing as a new company are what resulted in my decision to continue purchasing from this company. It appears that the "growing pains" subsided enough that are now able to supply various locations in California. I wish my missing items could have been replaced or at least the money that I spent for said items was refunded. Alice Mushroom's customer service is not trustworthy, and I am left a very unsatisfied customer.
