Delivery company get us fully informed of drop off time.
Only one recommendation to improve this great lounge… Seat Cushions are too soft …however, in time, the foam can be replaced!

The chairs were absolutely great value
The chairs were absolutely great value. We were very pleased with them. Easy to purchase online and quick delivery too. The only very slight thing that was a problem was the bolts that hold the seat webbing in place simply aren't tight enough (they just spin freely). I ended up reinforcing with a handful of screws from the underside. They're not visible and no one will know they're there, but I feel it was necessary. Not really a big problem though, only a few minutes work and for what we paid, we were very happy.

Eight seater timber outdoor dining set
We ordered the dining set on 25/7/2023, it was dispatched on27/07/2023 and delivered on 28/07/2023. Communication was excellent at every step, down to the text we received from the courier the morning it was delivered. They left the boxes in a safe location as directed. The dining set arrived well packaged and undamaged, and we were very happy with the quality and design which was exactly as depicted on the website. It was a sale item so we were also very happy with the price. We recommend this service.

Some of the screws in the Adirondack…
Some of the screws in the Adirondack chair did not fit properly & it was not well painted & a little dirty - the head cushions on the other chairs do not stay in place. However, the chairs are fairly comfortable

Bought 6 outdoor chairs
Bought 6 outdoor chairs, 4 had mould on them in the box. Asked to send photos but the file was too large and wouldn't send. In the end i sctubbed them with boiling hot sopy water and left in the sun. Came up sort of ok but extra work i shouldn't of had to do. Ultimately not all that happy.
