Was happy when our table and chairs arrived a few weeks after I placed the order but was disappointed that the table had been damaged in transit
Customer service was quick to respond about sending out a replacement part but that was 9 days ago and since then I have heard nothing and have not received a response to my emails or phone calls
I'm leaving this review in the hope they will contact me soon and all will be fix before Xmas

I would do 0 stars if I could, bought an outdoor umbrella with nil estimated time of arrival on delivery no reply to emails phone goes straight to voicemail saying they are too busy to receive calls, don’t buy from these guys very untrustworthy

Quick and easy process received goods in a timely manner

Ordered long time ago. They changed the delivery dates twice. Now passed all the dates, no reply to all my emails. Not sure Avoid!

Placed an order almost 2 months ago for a Gazebo giving myself supposedly lots of padding to receive in good time....but :(

The despatch date has changed several times, advised each time by email....you cannot speak with a person.

Over the last few days I have tried contacting via email, website zen desk & the phone # which has a recorded message stating how busy they are dealing with emails then disconnects....

This has held up a project being completed, way behind schedule & have no indication of what to expect....of course I have paid for this product & a $279 delivery fee.

If AG reads this, well can you let me know where we are going with this.....

Good quality product at a very reasonable price.

This company’s customer service is extremely poor. I spent $700+ on an umbrella from Alice’s Garden. After erecting the umbrella following its instructions, the canopy was extremely flimsy and unstable, despite no winds on the day it was erected. We contacted customer service via email as we were not able to get in contact via phone to understand if the item was faulty given there is no caveat in the product description stating the canopy is flimsy, and attached a video. Customer service denied there is anything wrong and said the product is as it should be and there is nothing they can do about it. I do not recommend shopping here - they have sales often for a reason

Very easy experience with this company. The furniture was delivered quickly and I’m very happy with the quality- it’s all a lot lighter and easier to move than other outdoor furniture we’ve had in the past but so far also very durable.

The replacement part was ordered in December 2022 & didn't arrive for 12 months. Very disappointed as the product is otherwise excellent.

I had to call to ask a couple of questions and the gentleman I spoke to was super lovely and helpful.
Product arrived in timely manner and is all correct .

Th product was received on time &in good condition. When I had a query it was sorted promptly.

I ordered an item that wasn't in stock until 2 months later. I paid for it and received it shortly after it was due.

Product as described. It’s stylish and comfortable but it’s very low to the ground and be warned it comes as a flat pack.
