I'm not one to write a review but this…

I'm not one to write a review but this company is next level. Purchased an outdoor umbrella early November 2023 and broken by mid December. Covered under warranty, backwards and forwards over the months, promises made but still continue to wait for replacement, now been 4 months. Very disappointing experience. Buyer beware of to Fair Trading to get this sorted.

Outdoor Wooden Chairs

I purchased two wooden outdoor chairs from Alice's Garden.

While the chairs are well made and solid, they are quite heavy to carry, for example, to watch a football game and there is nothing to hold them together when folded so they fall open.
Communication and delivery were very good.

WARNING!

WARNING!! Goods not received. I placed an order online and have not recieved goods. I have been trying to get a delivery date or a refund from this company but they do not answer their phone. I have made a complaint to Department of Fair Trading.

Stay away!!!

Stay away!!!

This company claims to be legit but my experience (and may others) say otherwise. I ordered an umbrella over a month ago and received nothing. I called they said they’ll follow up, get back to me and never did (this happened every time If I manage to get someone on the phone). Then they claimed it was displaced, never got my tracking number, but my shipment got ‘lost’ .. how does it get lost?? They offered a refund but then I’ve heard nothing. I have tried to call and email numerous times but no response. I would stay far away from this company unless you want to pay for something, stress yourself out and only to never receive it. It’s feel scam and I honestly think these trust pilot reviews that claim 5 stars are fake.
I have made a formal complaint to the Consumer Affairs Authority. This isn’t good enough, I want my refund!

No update on a purchase and refund not received…

No update on a purchase for weeks despite numerous attempts to contact the company. Requested a refund which was confirmed to have been processed but this is now late too and am not having any responses regarding updating me.

It is a highly stressful situation. We are a young family and cannot afford to lose this money. What we were purchasing was an outdoor uv umbrella so the children can easily play outside in the summer without risk of sunburn.

Very happy with our Mendoza furniture

Very happy with our Mendoza furniture setting. Clio was fast to respond to our emails despite the busy xmas period. Our furniture arrived within a week of ordering and was pretty straightforward to assemble. It looks great!

Product not delivered no communication

I ordered a gazebo and the delivery was end of November. Then it got changed to 11th of December. Now they are not answering calls or emails or any kind of enquiries. No updates either. It was an expensive item both the gazebo and the replacement shade.
The gazebo extra shade I ordered was sent with in a week, if I want to cancel my order the 14 days return would of been over now. Very disappointing. they have no sense what would I do with a shade without a gazebo they should of come together. Very upset I wanted this to be ready for Xmas when I have friends over. Grinch ???

I have been trying to get in contact…

I have been trying to get in contact with them about getting my credit as the things I bought all had to be assembled which I was unaware of and on 2 different occasions I have emailed them to ask about the credit and no one has bothered getting in contact with me. Someone did after 2 days on my first email but since then, nothing. Its very frustrating

6 weeks, no comms

I ordered an expensive outdoor setting in Nov and paid a premium shipping rate. It has not arrived within the advised date. No one has responded to emails and now I can't get them on the phone, as the message says they are busy answering email enquiries.

Very poor

I placed an order on 11 November for two sunlounges, an umbrella and outdoor table and chairs. The sun lounges and umbrella were delivered- but I am still waiting to receive the table. Despite receiving a email 3 weeks ago that it would be sent ‘soon’, it has still not been sent.

I have repeatedly tried contacting via email & the phone # which has a recorded message directing me to email - but am receiving no response from this business.

I have no indication of when my item will arrive, despite never being advised of a delay or that the item was out of stock when the order was placed. I have paid almost $700 in shipping costs and am now without a table and chairs and circa $2,000 out of pocket.

I am beyond frustrated with the level of customer service. Given I am not receiving any response to email, I thought someone from the business might see the review and actually communicate with me.

Chicago outdoor dining and sun loungers

I purchased the CHICAGO 8 - 10 Seater 175/245cm Extending Aluminium Dining Set White/Grey and two matching sun loungers. The furniture is very well made and beautiful at a great price. The customer service is exceptional and I would recommend Alice's Garden if you are looking for furniture.

From time of purchase we were regularly updated. The goods arrived in 4 days in great condition. The courier company used were amazing navigating a tricky driveway and even carrying the goods down further stairs to our pool area. A very stress free purchase.
