Difficult assembly

Product came in discrete components which took very long to assemble. Several components did not have pre-drilled holes as described in instructions. We ended up drilling a few more holes ourselves to make the product more sturdy.

Delivery was prompt and the gazebo was perfect for what we wanted. Instead of a large umbrella it gave great coverage and was also water resistant. Excellent value and looks great.

Really easy product to put together. Highly recommended.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing because many people had similar experiences.
Products were terrible quality and broke within a couple of months. I emailed them photos and they promised me a refund which never came. I chased them up multiple times and they continued to promise a refund was coming. It has now been months and they won’t reply to any emails or answer the phone. I even tried messaging on Facebook and they don’t reply.
I am now going through Fair Trading NSW.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Took over 3 weeks to be delivered within Australia, it was going to a gift but that event passed well before delivery

Bedside tables were really nice quality and easy to assemble.

This company were absolutely hopeless! It took 4 months to have only half my order delivered (an umbrella base) and a subsequent 3 weeks to “find” a 4m umbrella that they “lost”. I tried to get my money back but they disconnected their phone line and email address for customers.
I have reported them to the department of fair trading!

Product as described although postage was a bit high but I knew that prior to purchase.

The order (rectangular gazebo/awning) arrived incredibly quick after placing the order, It was easy to assemble, up to the moment is doing exactly what we hoped it would - no complaints.

Ordered an outdoor umbrella and stand as 2 seperate items. When I purchased the items from the website the original delivery date was end of Nov 2023. Then they kept moving the delivery date with the reason that shipment was coming from overseas and was delayed. Then they provided a new date (mid Dec) to pick the shipment and when I reached to the store house, I was told that shipment hasn't arrived. 1 item was still missing.
It was a huge painful process to deal with the company. They did finally offer to ship the product once it arrived without any charges but the issue was miscommunication and a massive delay which was almost 1 month and half from the original estimated delivery date. Rest assured I will never be buying anything from Alice garden again.

I recently purchased a pergola from this company, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. The quality exceeded my expectations, the customer service was exceptional, and the installation process was smooth. I highly recommend their pergolas for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space. Five stars!

The Outdoor Umbrella we purchased looks amazing. Great products and they went above and beyond before Christmas to ensure delivery of the umbrella base (different supplier) which we needed to host Christmas lunch.

Customer service is non-existent!
The product was passable but I would not call it Good Quality.

This company will take your money whilst delivering more than 3 weeks later. On assembly the product is of poor quality, and when you raise an issue, you are ignored. STAY AWAY from this company. They are the WORST of the WORST. It’s been almost 5 months since I purchased my product and I still cannot use it. PayPal will not help. Luckily I paid by credit card , so my dispute is with the bank at the moment.

Purchased a large number of outdoor tables and chairs for my business. Payment went through in October and they assured me the order would arrive shortly. Still had not received order by January so asked for a refund. It is now mid-March and I haven't received a refund or the product. They've stopped responding to emails. They don't answer their phones, the line just goes dead immediately. Disgusting behaviour.

My corner outdoor piece arrived damaged. A replacement was organised and I also organised to purchase some additional cushion covers. I found customer service staff were pleasant and efficient. All my interactions were very pleasant and professional. Thanks to David and all with whom I was in contact.
