The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with.
I’m still waiting on a several hundred dollar refund Paul confirmed in writing that I would receive.
Multiple issues with a faulty item during their own stated warranty period.
Now Paul will not return emails and refuses to call. Issue has been going on for 4 months.
Do not buy anything from this company. The quality is poor. Service is terrible. You will regret it.
We are now going through the Dept of Fair Trading.

Many dramas.
Many dramas with lost delivery and inability to rectify the situation after many emails and phone calls. Ultimately the problem was fixed but it took far too long. The gazebo was good quality when it finally arrived. Overall quite disappointing.
In addition I preordered months in advance of delivery. As it turned out I would have been much better off if I ordered directly using a discount code. The gazebo ended up more expensive via preorder than it would have if I just ordered direct. I cannot recommend your company because of this.

Great communication and easy to deal with. Contacted me when there was a delay in product and gave me the option of a refund (I decided to wait). Local supplier that I could communicate with directly. Once the product arrived shipping was quick and easy.

Not bad, replacement for a faulty part never arrived
Overall the experience was not too bad, there was a tiny faulty part in my order so that I contacted with the customer service for a replacement through email.
The customer service was nice and patient however I did not receive that replacement at all, I guess they might think it was too tiny to post.
