Received a defective product. Emailed with photo evidence and asked for a fix. Instead received a reply which asked for photos. No follow up. Money wasted.

Communication non existent. Delivery took so long and couldn't get answers through email was about to do PayPal claim when item arrived. Item was faulty.

Great quality and comfortable outdoor furniture
I love my outdoor furniture!! It was easy to assemble and looks great. The wood quality is fantastic and I was not disappointed as sometimes the pictures does not meet your expectations but in this case the advertisement was not deceptive! Also, it arrived in a timely manner and was packed well with no damage to the furniture!

Poor low bad quality products
Quality of products is the lowest we ever encountered. 3 days using it customers found themselves on the floor because chairs failing to hold 70kg person. Disappointing buy. 3 sets already broken Never will recommend your company. We bought 10 sets . Waste of money . Pictures available.

Difficult and poor communication
Difficult and poor communication. They ended up fixing things (faulty products and refunds) but it took a long time and a lot of effort on my behalf trying to get in touch (via email, website chats and many unsuccessful phone call attempts) when no action was taken multiple times. I wouldn’t risk purchasing again.

Disappointing Customer Service
We ordered 2 Outdoor Pool Lounges on the website & received confirmation of payment. After a few weeks waiting for them to arrive we emailed to check on the delivery only to be told that they "sold out" & we wouldn't be getting them. It would have been nice for someone to have contacted us about the order instead of taking our money & then having no communication with us about it. If we hadn't followed up on the order I wonder if they would have ever told us. After letting them know how unhappy we were they found a set we could have & it finally arrived. We will not be ordering from this company again sadly, simply dont trust them.
