The product is great but I had to wait a few months for it to be shipped here.

Great outdoor set! Its very comfortable, lightweight (super handy) looks great in real life and sturdy!!! 5 stars. It arrived when it said it would even on pre order, updates for delivery were good and the team who delivered it were great too.

I pre ordered some items and was given an expected due date.
Close to 2 weeks after that date I was still not notified so I went back online and found they were selling the item now and it was in stock.
I waited another day and went online again. The same items were listed as low stock so I called.
The gentleman on the phone was very surprised to hear that no one had contacted me.
10 minutes later I was notified that I could collect. I was told to reply to the text and the pick up address would be supplied. I was expecting an Eastern creek address but was given a Lidcombe address which was 3 times further from my home.
When I get there, there is no signage to advise where to collect from. 15 minutes later I found someone who could help.
My items were not ready and I waited a further 30 minutes for them to bring them out

Alice's customer service was excellent, our goods had some minor issues and it was promptly replaced with a new one.

I also had a really nice man support me through the process, he even told me how big he was and how much room would be on the couch! Went to the next level! Thank you!

We ordered a chair, pre-release, and whilst the launch was late, we were kept up to date with progress and the chair was eventually deliver on the updated date.. My wife nd I are delighted with the chair and the quality of the product.
