This is The WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED ITS WORSE THAN WISH!! I ordered alot of stuf like about 10 items it's been about 6 months of waiting and 2 of The items came and one of them was broken! Never shopping there again. F#ck you aliexpress.

I like the site and service, but something was wrong with the address label. Because Alieexpress sends formally as letters and not as packages your goods will be returned without notification

to start with DO NOT SPEND A LOT HERE. and don't expect quality. you know on amazon all those people complaining that its chinese junk? this is where they get it from. if you want to get stuff, let it be cheap things, like hardware and toys.

i tried ordered small ticket items, $3-4 each, hardware, squishy toys (they have a ton of those), little molle bags, rivets and some other things. i think i spent about $45 on it.

so far, i ordered this in mid may, its now late july, and no squishies ever got to me. some were canceled due to covid, some were delivered to the wrong places (how in the world does 5 different toys from different places, different shipping companies go to the wrong house? and some i never got and i'm still waiting.

lessons i learned were - never get their free shipping - its a hit or miss whether you get it. make sure you get tracking on your shipping option, i have one that the last update was in may and that's months ago. its some place in switzerland? i heard using Epacket or something is best.

you can dispute things but only after 10 days, even if the store said i can get the money back, you have to wait, customer support can't even help you there. the other side will agree to your dispute or refuse it. one of them said in a message - i will pay you back, but the resolution was to give me zero dollars. so you have to watch that.

don't trust their tracking, its not accurate. it will say it was delivered but not to who.

the other day i was expecting plant markers, $5 worth, the picture showed them as big, but the description was actually quite small) - but here's the kicker, i got someone else's order. it was worth $60! they put my address label on top of theirs. and i'm now fighting with the company to get my $5 back.

so is this place scam? yes and no. don't expect things to be real, assume they are fake, don't spend a lot of money here. you may get back a few bucks, but more than that - probably not. i'm still waiting on orders, i probably won't get anything from them again unless i really need it. amazon is expensive, but they have it in stock, this place is not amazon even if they are making the same money.

i really think every package should have full shipping. and they should have a better way to contact them, and a way to make disputes easier. like adding new things like another comment box.

Ordered a pair of trousers and expected to wait at least a month but were surprised they came within about 2 weeks. Admittedly some items may take longer than others but as long as you check the independent sellers ratings and reviews you can be sure they’ll turn up.

I think the main issue with this app is the customers who don’t understand that shipping takes longer as most of it will come from China. The other issue that leads to bad reviews is people who think they can order just anything without checking reviews and ratings of sellers first. Some customers will order something without checking either of these and then be annoyed when they’re scammed or it doesn’t show up and then come and write a review on trustpilot. Truth is if you check out the sellers ratings and reviews first then you’ll be fine. Definitely recommend this app and also recommend the Independent store “lappster” as they have some awesome streetwear for anyone into that.

I ordered items back in February just now received a few. Long before I received my items they posted I had received all items and I had not. I contacted the stores all said that covid-19 was making it harder to get to the United States then normal if that were true I wouldn't have received all of my wish items on time. 5 months later and I have yet to receive the first order I made.

opened a dispute no one replied only i got an automated answer. bad experience not satisfied.

Bad before even starting. I registered via email (I don't give my phone number away like that) and when tried to buy something an error message appeared: 'we need to confirm your phone number'. That's forcing illegally to give your phone number.

I contacted them (new account, via chat) and confirmed that they require the phone number even if they lie about it. Then I asked to be removed from their customers mail addresses databases. Their reply? YOU CAN'T cancel without a phone number.

Imagine how pirates they must be if they just start like that!

No recommended: Sellers Screwers defended by AliExpress, do not send orders, they give false tracking numbers. AliExpress steals the money from buyers by accusing them of liars and fraudsers. AliExpress's treatment to users is shameful.

Never received the goods from multiple orders with different supplier operating under aliexpress. My impression is that aliexpress is a frontage for criminal enterprice and the buyer protection aliexpress offer, don’t work at all. There are other options than aliexpress and I think the other options will get my business from now on.

Since posting this review, several packages has started to arrive some 2.5 months after placing the order, aliexpress has also changed the complaints procedure so it is now possible to address the issue of missing packages, this gives me the impression that aliexpress want to make the business work for everybody but they have a steep learning curve to battle through.

When you purchase on this platform you know what you are buying.
Best value for money.
I must say that lately most of the seller's are applying high shipping costs without reducing the shipping time.

I bought from Aliexpress many times. The products quality is as described on the site. The only problem is the long shipping time. It took around two months to reach KSA

Item have been class as deliverded on wrong addrese by tracking number after i open dispute they send me to check with local carriers i have been left with no options with money lost and parcel never arrived i will never use this service again!! Now i am just scared that i have ordered more items which i pay more money probably i need to forgot about this. Customer service " 0" so difficult to get help you have a loop of questions and not human interaction. My review should be zero stars but i have no option for this.

Everything is OK. Still, you need to pay attention to the support tickets and the respective deadlines; otherwise, you may lose your refund in case you did not receive a product at all.

I ordered two earbuds, both are having sound and connection issues. The quality is terrible. They are unusable. Aliexpress doesn't want to give me refund. I also didn't receive two orders and I have problems with some other orders. I am never gonna order anything from this f*u*c*k*i*n*g company!!

Amazon's delivery is much better and faster

Before buying anything’s from anywhere just check the ratings.
AliExpress is one of the best websites, who manage and control everything happen within the website or applications to safe the rights of both parties.

I buy often on AliExpress. For a low price still good quality!
it takes a very long time at some specific sellers to send package!
Also takes too long from send to receive package, transportation takes a long time!

Ok this is weird. So. Some things arrive when they say they’ll arrive, some things don’t arrive at all, and SOME THINGS arrive a full year after you say they will. I bought doll clothes arriving at the right time, Kokichi Ouma cosplay that didn’t arrive at all, and a dress that arrived a full year late. WHAT IS THIS SITE!?
