I love Aliexpress

I love Aliexpress, I am using it for few years now, very little problems, money always back when something is wrong. I love the fact that there are real feedbacks from real people so I can really sea the item and know how it really is. Long time shipping but I think it is also because of the bad ail service at my country.

I'm happy to use this shopping online web site because in my country it is very difficult to shop from internet I have made I purchase ofetn using Aliexpress and Ali radar tool and I'm happy to receive my goods in a good condition of packaging also the price is very comptetitive and shipping leam time is good 20 Days as an average

Money stolen by Alie and Sellers

I am still waiting for refunds to get paid out after many times requiring my refunds through the only way possible: chat.
A seller took off with my money: it did not send any item that I had ordered and paid for by credit card.
When the shipping period expired.. the seller closed down its store.
I required a refund.... Alie did not return it.
Another refund issue is that Alie also refuses to refund after I had cancelled the order. Again still fighting with Alie over this issue.
There is also a privacy issue. As a buyer you cannot proof, require a proof from the post office , that you have not received a parcel. Only the sender/seller can issue a claim of missing parcel and require the trace of it. Alie does not understand the LOGIC and the Privacy rights and wants me to proof that I did not receive a parcel.
Again money was stolen. We are talking about more than 100Euros,

Bad customer protection!

I make regular purchases on this trading floor. And everything was kind of normal, but came across the problem of not sending goods by the seller. Upon my request to cancel the order, the seller only extended the order processing time. I could not influence this situation in any way. Complain in this situation is impossible! You can’t leave a review about the seller in this situation! As a result, I waited 40 days and finally, at the next request for closing, the order was closed. Now I still have to wait 20 days to get my money back. The seller "LEEPEE Superb Store" is a big trickster. I wish everyone not to mess with him.
On the platform itself, Aliexpress can say that in this situation, I was completely defenseless. It is good that the order amount was small. But this can happen with a big purchase!

I’m so grateful to have this…

I’m so grateful to have this application it helps to order faster, no hassle and faster transactions! I order one black skirt and it fits so well to me in my butt in my hips, I love this so much! I received the item earlier than I expected. Item packed properly I will surely order again!

Why don't Trustpilot have minus stars? If they did...
This company is AWFUL. First purchase from them – I bought various mosaic tiles from AE different suppliers. Some have arrived with no problem. Another small package finally arrived once I had paid a customs charge of £11. Not stated on the website and not required for other similar packages. I started a dispute with them and have just received an email: PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE BUYER'S DUTY ON CUSTOMS DUTIES, HENCE YOUR CLAIM ABOUT THE TARIFF CANNOT BE SUPPORTED. 'Nuff said, really. BUYER BEWARE. I wouldn't go anywhere near those rip off merchants again. Mehhhhh!!!

Ok until you try to get a refund for a dodgy item, then you’re stuffed!!

I heard about this site in a Facebook post a couple of months ago and thought I would give it a go after reading that it was just like ‘Wish’. I downloaded their app and found that It too has vast quantities of products at VERY cheap prices, and if you are not in a hurry for your items, then waiting up to 2 months for them to be shipped won’t be a problem.

I have ordered a few little bits over these last 2 months, and most of them have been great, but unfortunately I have had a reason to raise a complaint recently because the items that were sent to me were not fit for purpose. I ordered some paintbrushes, but most of the bristles were coming out and some of them were also looped inside the collar, which would result in a terrible performance and result!!
Firstly I made contact with the Seller, sending them lots of photos, and over the next week or so we were messaging back and forth. They agreed to refund me but then asked for all my paypal details - but surely they already have the relevant information from when I made the purchase, so they can just refund me that way?! I put this to the Seller who then suggested that I open a dispute if I wasn’t happy, which I found quite strange.

So, upon his suggestion I did just that, I opened a dispute, sending the maximum of 5 photos and the Ali Express Dispute people wrote back the following day awarding me a partial refund, saying I can keep hold of the paint brushes! The paint brushes CANNOT be used for any kind of professional painting where you would need a smooth and perfect finish; maybe the brushes would be ok for a young child to paint with, but I do not have any young children, so my brushes therefore have no use!!
After I received the acknowledgement that I had opened the dispute, The seller messaged me again saying that because ‘I did not make contact with them first, Ali Express will be sorting the dispute out themselves’; Yet we had been messaging for almost 2 weeks and they suggested I open the dispute!!!

So unfortunately because of this bad experience, and the fact that they only partially refunded me, I will no longer buy from Ali Express!!

And i got all 50 products at home.
its not always really good , but it is good for that price!!!!

Aliexpress Buyer Protection? Forget it, Total Nightmare.

On January 16, I bought a new smartphone on Aliexpress from seller Egrow for €133.- which arrived on February 20 with a non-responding screen after I had paid an additional €40.- in customs fees.

Of course I was not happy but I always believed that Aliexpress offers good buyer protection so I thought that this would be easily solved but it turned out to be a nightmare and I lost €120.-

WARNING!!!! if you think about buying an expensive article on Aliexpress, take some time to read what happened to me and be aware that this can just as easily happen to you.

Aliexpress Buyer Protection reads: When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.

So, I initiated a dispute and told the seller what the problem was and uploaded a video that also showed the problem and said that I wanted to return the phone for a refund.

- Seller send an automated response with some generic things I could try like resetting the phone, take out the battery, charge for 24 hours etc.....

I told them that I tried all of their suggestions, they did not help and that I wanted to return the phone for a refund.

- Seller replied: Would you like to ask your local phone repair salon for checking in advance?

I told them that I did ask a local repair shop but that they also could not get the phone to work and that there was nothing they could do because there are no spare parts or firmware for this phone.

I also said that I bought a new phone and not a (possible) repaired phone so again I said that I wanted to return it for a refund.

- Seller replied: How do you think of this solution? You ask for checking at another shop and we may refund you the repair cost after confirm.

Again I replied that this was not a viable solution and that I wanted to return the item for a refund.

- Seller replied: How do you think of send backing the item to us for replacement? but you're supposed to bear the shipping cost and it would take time for the item to send back to China.

I replied that I did not want a replacement as I did not want to wait another 2 months and that I should not be responsible for the shipping cost as this was their fault, not mine.

- Seller replied: the shipping cost is too high.. if you want to send back, we could share 10 dollars as shipping cost for you. Would you find another shipping method? or how do you think of we refund you US$ 64,37 you could keep the phone.

I replied that I agreed with their proposal to share the shipping cost and asked for the return address.

Than, because the dispute was going on for a while, Aliexpress stepped in, concluded that the dispute reason was valid and proposed a new solution:

Proposal 1: Refund Only EUR € 53,27

Proposal 2: Return goods & refund EUR € 133,18

The seller accepted the first proposal but I wrote that I accepted the second proposal and because we did both agreed on the same proposal, Aliexepress made the decision that I would get a refund os € 53,27 and I could keep the phone.

Of course I did not agree with that decision so I appealed and mentioned that before they stepped in, I already had an agreement with the seller to return the phone for a refund. this is what Aliexpress wrote:

Reason for rejection:
I am sincerely sorry for your unsuccessful purchase experience. Regarding this dispute, we found that you opened the dispute case against screen problems. Due to your valid evidence, your claim has been well accepted and partial refund has been executed to you. As the goods still have certain value, we can only give you partial refund, hope you can understand. (Please kindly note the amount of partial refund depends on the defective and unmatched degree of the received product.)
If you prefer to return the goods back to the seller for a full refund, please rest assured that you are able to do that only after making an agreement with the seller first. Also please feel free to contact with the seller for asking assistance about the returning process, especially a cheaper returning shipment provider.
Your kind understanding and cooperation will be appreciated.

The seller wrote: Sorry that we have refunded you € 53,27 through dispute, we could finally follow Ali's judgment wish you kind understanding.

I wrote them that I could not believe that this was how they treat their customers and that I was extremely disappointed and that I lost € 120.- on this and ended up with nothing but a bad feeling and a non-working phone.

- Sellers last message: How do you think of sending back the money to us and we make replacement for you?

Yeah right.... fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
I have had it with these jokers.

A few days ago I ordered a phone and a few hours later I cancelled the order, the seller sent me a message
Asked why I cancelled the order, I saw the message the next day and I told him
My phone came back to life and I don't need that anymore, he answered me that I did not answer for long time and all already sent the invitation,
Now I have to wait long time to get a refund.
Now I went to his reviews and saw that he had a lot of bad reviews
How do They let him continue to sell??
What can I do? He don't have a name store.

Cheap items

I don't mind that shipping takes a month, or longer because it is expected with the low prices of items, and the free shipping. I love AliExpress because I can buy things for dirt cheap, and receive great quality. I never have any issues with AliExpress at all. The only con is I feel bad for people that have to work in sweat shops that don't even make minimum wage.

So far I recieved all my packages. Some of the quality is poor, But when someting is cheep, is mostly is. For the discription of a product read really well, and better by more resellers, and not just the cheapest one...
