Great Help through Video

I was getting very frustrated with the process of making impressions and having them rejected. The video call was definitely the way to go. Abby was very helpful! Hopefully now I'll get my retainer to keep my smile the way it is. Thank you!

Updated Review!

1/20/26- Updating my review. Last week, I was contacted by the company to schedule to do a scan at a local Orthodontic clinic, rather than going through the entire impressions process again. They scheduled the appointment for me and also have refunded me the cost of the scan. I am told that once they receive the scan, there will be no delay in processing my order further. Due to the customer service that I received over the last week, I am adding a couple stars to my review.

-------Initially all was great! They sent out smaller trays for my impressions, helped with an online zoom appointment, etc.. now at almost two months, all I get in response to my emails is to be patient. No aligners, no updates until this morning. I decided to chat on their website... was told that they never received the impressions that UPS shows delivery for 4 1/2 weeks ago. All this time, and I never received this information! All seems like a scam! I left a message, so we'll see if I get a call back from customer service!
