Efficient and helpful
I started by uploading pictures of my impression to the chat feature and was quickly connected and provided clear feedback. After two impressions with the same issue I scheduled a video call the same day. Ray was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable and comfortable working over video chat. This is a helpful service that makes the process more efficient.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my set of aligners in November and had to wait over 6months to get anything from this company. When reaching out they keep saying that my aligners are still being manufactured and can not provide an estimated time of completion. To pay over 800 dollars for a service and not receive anything in over 6+ months is a complete disgrace. I highly recommend using another company!! As an FYI...I am still waiting on my aligners and paid/ordered them in November of 2025!!

I'm getting a refinement after using…
I'm getting a refinement after using the product for a little over 1/2 year. Aaron was very helpful with getting my impressions correct. I found the product worked very well the first go around but wanted to do what will be a minor refinement to hopefully satisfy my desire for perfection. The overall expense seems to be about 1/3 the cost of the dentist and everything else seems to be the same result. I'm very satisfied with the produce and customer service. Thanks for putting a better smile on my face!
