Don't recommend

Started this process 8 months ago and still haven't gotten impressions they will accept. One did and then the aligners they sent didn't fit. Tried more impressions and they were rejected. Tried to get a partial refund a couple months ago but was rejected because it had been too long. They have no problem trying to get you to buy more retainers though. Highly don't recommend

Harry was great!

The employee that helped me to make the impressions was great. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. His name is Harry Smith. He assured me that they would turn out fine. When I was finished, he told me about the Alignerco offers and told me that the impressions came out well. Harry was so easy to work with.

Brian Johnson helped me with walking me through the process of how to do the molds for my teeth. I would have given 4 stars as he did a good job walking me through the process. He did however creep me out a bit because he asked if I live alone or with someone and then asked who i live with. This company has my address.

I received my impression kit for a hybrid nightguard

I received my impression kit for an upper night guard and it arrived in a timely manner. I was debating about the product for a while and received many follow-ups from Alignerco before I made a purchase. They helped answer questions, which was great. I did the free consultation for the impression and that helped ensure I was doing it correctly. The issue I am currently having is that a UPS return shipping label was sent to me, but the nearest UPS store is over an hour away. I have requested a Canada Post shipping label and was told this would not be a problem and the shipping team would send it via email within 24-48hours. I have been waiting over a week. I have followed up over chat on the Aligernco website and was directed to send an email to the team account. I still have not heard back so unfortunately, I haven't been able to ship my impression kit. It's frustrating that this delay is happening because I was really looking forward to my nightguard. I will update if I am able to ship the kit and how my experience with the night guard is if I get to that point.

Update: Alignerco reached out and indicated I would be reimbursed for a Canada Post shipping label. I sent my impressions off and they've been delivered so now I am waiting on the reimbursement and arrival of my nightguard.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars. I would. This has been the most unprofessional setup I have dealt with. First my liners were approved back in January, this was after they needed to me to download the newer app because I had approved them in their older app so it didn't cross over. That was supposed to be a three week turn around. Come March, I asked again. I was told they would be shipping out soon. I then reached out recently and said you know what give me my money back. My teeth have shifted at this point and magically they shipped out before a rep responded. Now, the liners have been shipped to my old address that I updated with them back in January. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I am reaching out to my credit card company to request a charge back. This is breach of contract at this point.

To add to this - they have several times attempted to get me to remove the charge back. They then requested I remove the negative review because they felt the issue was resolved. It is not. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general for the county they are in. They also have zero standing in the state of New York as a corporation.

Do yourself a favor before you start this. Google Maps the address they have for their location. 17 Herzog Place Hicksville NY 11801. It's a store front. There is no way this company is legitimate.

They pressure you for 5 stars BEFORE treatment. Im glad i didn't fall for it. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! I paid for treatment in Dec 2025. It is now MAy 2026. NOTHING! They will like and try to trick your credit card company into telling them you got it. DOCUMENT everything and DISPUTE

Paid in full, received nothing.

I paid for teeth alignment services in February 2026. After receiving the impression kit and completing my impressions (which were approved as workable by their team), I have been waiting over a month for a simple return shipping label so I can send the kit back and progress my treatment.
Despite follow-up emails on 2 April, 9 April, 16 April, and a formal demand letter, all I have received are apologies and promises that someone will "look into it."
Most recently I was told a "Resolution Team" would contact me, they have not.

Nearly 3 months since payment, the process has not progressed past step one. The delays are entirely on their side and are caused by what appears to be a complete lack of internal coordination.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you are considering it, be aware that once they have your money, follow-through is essentially nonexistent.

Do NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS unless you are entirely okay with this taking a year longer than you want. The processing time is incredibly incredibly slow, and they ask you did give a review ONLY at the beginning ONLY when they are very attentive…. Then they drop you and barely respond. It took 3 months for me to receive my first set of impressions which were merely “static” to keep my teeth in place before my REAL aligner retainers.

Alan is the best!
I just had my impressions session with Alan and i am very happy with the outcome. Alan was very helpful and was able to answer every question i had about my aligners and the process that comes with it. 10/10 would recommend.
