Horrible experience, 6 months later and no aligners
I originally ordered aligners at the beginning of November, 2025. These finally arrived in February of 2026, but did not cover my teeth and were defective. The company repeatedly attempted to convince me that aligners that only cover the bottom half of my teeth would be effective, but then agreed to make new aligners if I wouldn’t write bad reviews.
They finally shipped a new impression kit at least a month later, so I had to re-do the process of impressions. Two months later, I still have not received my new aligners. All in all, I paid for aligners almost six months ago, and still have not received the product.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. I have very little faith that if I ever receive the new aligners they will do what they are supposed to. Spend the extra and work with a dentist!
UPDATE: After many months and time spent emailing, I’ve finally received a full refund from this business. Over the course of communication they lied about many things- for example saying the aligners were in production and almost done, then a month later saying the molds were un-usable. They tried to get me to settle on only a partial refund when I never even received the product. Don’t use this company!

Today I completed my dental impressions from home, and so far I would give this experience 5 stars. Everything has gone very smoothly, and the support has been excellent. The customer service is available 24/7, and the staff have been consistently helpful and kind.
The free video session was especially valuable. Alan Shaw guided me through the entire process with great patience and professionalism. He answered all of my questions clearly and provided detailed explanations, which made me feel confident every step of the way. I truly appreciate his support. At this stage, I am very happy with my experience and would gladly give a 5-star review. Once I receive my aligners, I will return to share a more complete review of the overall product.
