Ordered Roborock vacuum almost three weeks ago. It hasn’t shipped yet, and no response after chasers to Aligo. Very poor service. I have requested a refund; hopefully they can at least process that.

Scam, rip off, don’t waste your money
I ordered the item on the 10th December. I received an email saying it would be with me in 2-3 days. I still have not received it and don’t believe I ever will. After emailing them on 2 occasions I have heard nothing. They haven’t even had the decency to reply. £34 I have lost. I hate scammers like this !! How many other people have given their hard earned money to this bunch of pond life creatures.

Latest update: Finally received my parcel after placing my order for 7 days. Fairly satisfactory customer service but the delivery is not 2-3 days delivery as promised online.
Update : Received a reply on whatsapp and they promise to dispatch my item today with one-day delivery service, will wait for it to be delivered then.
Original review: Placed order and no update after several days, contacted with the support team and never receive a reply even they have read my message on WhatsApp.
ordered a hoover 10 days ago
ordered a hoover over Xmas unfortunately due to covid and brexit there was issues with shipping. Seller refunded me in January as couldn't complete the order. Offered alternatives. And communicates well.
I will buy again from this site as I made a Purchase previously last year and went smooth. Just a few Hipping issues that need ironing out due to covid and brexit. This is out the sellers hands so I understand.

I did not even want a very quick delivery but just wanted to make sure that item will be dispatched at some point. Once I told I'll request charge back through my bank I received text message that item was cancelled and refund issued..
So far terrible experience
So far terrible experience! No communication, delays in delivery and no update.
I have purchased - new Roborock s6 in black colour for £399 on 19th of December. On the website they state that delivery must take -2 working days. I haven’t heard anything until I sent two complain emails myself, asking for some update on my order.
Finally, yesterday they replied, that black colour which I ordered on the 18th is now out of stock, but they can send me white one instead.
How comes? I been charged for black one, how comes its out of stock now? Was my oder sent to someone else?
Once again, terrible experience from such a big brand. When you pay £399 you expect to get at least a good service with email updates and etc.

No replies to post order enquiry
The order and delivery went smoothly. However the item I bought said it was a UK product "Roborock S6 Robot Vacuum Cleaner UK Stock" but came with an EU plug. I have emailed Aligo twice using the contact form on their website. They have not replied to either email. On that basis, I cannot recommend them.
UPDATE: The same day that I wrote this review, I got an email from Aligo. They apologised for the delay in replying and dispatched a new power lead.
On that basis, I am going to increase their score a bit.
It was “in stock” but still waiting & no Coms
It was “in stock” when i ordered, est. 2-3 day delivery. Great communication on ups tracking immediately, but 7 days later it still hasn’t left the depot(or arrived?) I emailed to ask but have had no response....still waiting and will miss the birthday I brought it for. Not very happy currently. Communication is important! Instead I’ve been sent a survey to fill in!
Slow delivery and slower customer service
Ordered the item, paid for it, received the automated email confirming order, no email confirming delivery or dispatch. Emailed Aligo the following day asking when will the item be dispatched (it said 3-5 days delivery on the item listing) and 3 days later there’s been no response to my email and no sign of any delivery, I’ve also emailed the seller directly and received no response.
I’ve paid via PayPal and will be opening a case tomorrow if I’m not contacted and assured my delivery is enroute.
UPDATE - After 10 days I received my item just a few days before Christmas - the customer service team finally got in touch the day after I posted this review. I can’t say anything about the product as it hasn’t been set up yet, but it looks perfect. The customer service is still far too slack for products that are expensive. Ironically since posting this review and since receiving the item I’ve been WhatsApp’d regularly. Too little too late Aligo!

Shoddy treatment
When my order was confirmed on 18/11/20 the email stated that I would receive my goods in three business days and an email would be sent to me at dispatch. It also stated that I would receive a free protective case for my watch. I didn’t receive a notification of dispatch and after three days I messaged the supplier who replied that the watch was about to be dispatched by UPS which would be speedy. The watch arrived on 26/11/20 in a damaged Amazon box with no protective case. At least I have the watch.
