Absolutely top notch customer service

Absolutely top notch customer service. Incredibly fast reply. Offer the best prices for Xiaomi with UK stock.

The shipping company were a little rough with the package 📦 Unfortunately Aligo went the extra mile to amend this despite it not being their fault.

Would definitely buy again.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Aligo!

Firstly, I contacted Aligo via the website which brought me through to a WhatsApp number. I messaged them to ask if they had an item in stock and they said Yes.
I ordered a robot vacuum through the website and the next day it arrived, even though UPS was saying the day after that. Super quick delivery which was fully trackable. Item works perfectly and as described. Brilliant! Thank you for the amazing service and excellent price!
Will shop again in the future.

Defective goods, no response from company

I ordered a lamp and a smartwatch from this company. The lamp is fine but the smartwatch screen is ridiculously dim and cannot be read properly. Despite contacting the company about this, I have never received a response from them. Would not recommend at all.

UPDATE: I was finally contacted by the company, but only after they saw my negative review on here. They asked for more details and I provided them over 3 weeks ago. Surprise suprise, I haven't heard anything back since then. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Good price, dreadful service.

Product was offered with 2 to 3 day delivery, but it wasn’t sent for over a week, and took 10 days to arrive. Emails and WhatsApp messages to their support were all ignored.

Product was fine and at a very good price, but customer care and support dreadful.

Scam company, does not send items and will not refund

I purchased a roborock S5 vacuum in January 2021, which was showing as in stock at the time. Delivery quoted was 3 - 5 days. No update ever came to tell us that delivery had been arranged, around 2 weeks after ordering I wrote via email to ask for an update, and heard nothing. 1 month after ordering I tried the "contact us" option on their site which goes to someone's whatsapp account. I sent several messages over the course of a few weeks, asking if there was any update on the delivery or if we would be able to cancel. All of these messages were read but never responded to.

Eventually upon threat of raising a complaint via my credit card provider, an email was received in late February stating that they only received stock of the item that day, and they could dispatch if we still wanted it. By this point Aligo have had our money for over a month, we have heard nothing from any of our attempts to contact them, and I didn't have any faith that they would ever deliver a product. I asked for a refund via an email reply on the same day.

An automated response was sent to state that my paypal account had been refunded, but no funds were ever transferred. It's now been 4 months since I sent Aligo £400, and still I don't have my money back nor a product I paid for. Avoid at all costs, this is a scam company who take money and ignore all contact in an attempt to keep your money. I'm now having to raise a complaint via paypal and credit card provider.

No delivery, no contact

Ordered an item with 2 bussiness days delivery. Item didn't arrive and I didn't get any info after a week and multiple tries to contact customer service. Will be raising dispute with PayPal to refund.
