1st time purchase with Aligo
After a delayed delivery due to varying reasons I received my go go best gf600 ebike today, so far it's seems to be in perfect working order ,more updates though from Aligo would have been appreciated about any delay in dispatching my bike as I was getting concerned that I had made a mistake buying from them as this was the 1st time I had bought anything from their site especially an ebike .but they came through and delivered the bike today,so even after my initial concerns and experience using Aligo for this purchase I would definitely buy from them again although they need to keep customers updated about any possible delays or issues regarding delivery.

Item eventually arrived after a considerable delay due to rather inept service by the carrier (Evri the new name for the worst ever carrier the UK has ever known).
To give credit where it's due, Aligo did contact me advising there was an issue and they resent a replacement without any delay.
First class support from Aligo, third rate support from the carrier, Evri aka Hermes.
