Disappointing Customer Service

We have ordered a total of 4 x £1k e-bikes from this company. Two of the bikes we had a small issue with and requested support via their Customer Service email. To date, one week later, we have received no contact whatsoever. The issue has been subsequently resolved by our own research. I am very disappointed Aligo ignored our communication and therefore I would not make any further purchases in the future.

When I first received my gogobest600 e…

When I first received my gogobest600 e bike I had a lot of problems with the setting and there's was nothing within the manual to help you set them up,but after a lot of contact with Aligo they have given me them which of course is a great help.
And so was the person on the other end

No help or information 😔

I have no issue with the product all arrived in good time and good working order my problem was when I came to sort the LCD out. They provide absolutely no information about how to do it or what any of the settings mean I have emailed numerous times asking if someone could help out but I'm still waiting...been over a month now and still nothing. We will pass this on to our technicians and get back to you. It's a shame all could have been sorted with a little information. Instead I ended up sat on the web and you tube for hours watching videos of other bikes programming and trying to piece it together myself. It's still not 100% sorted. Not what you expect for something over 1200 pound

Beautiful company to order from you are truly missing out if you don't have this amazing electronic bike plus it arrived in 3 working days not weeks plus I was allowed to pay in 3 instalments by klarna trust me it helps with that said 5 stars and more for Aligo

Really poor customer care

Really poor customer care. They have sent me a faulty product from 2020 and when asked for the return procedure they simply ghosted.

If I could give it minus ten!!And I never write negative reviews, but they are too much

If I could give it minus ten, I would. Normally, I never write negative reviews, but the way they treat their customers after purchasing from them is beyond insulting and revolting.

I bought an ebike from them, a Gogobest GF600. At first, all was well: the bike came in earlier than expected, impeccable, I put it together, it worked beautifully until a month ago when it suddenly stopped. The bike is new, I bought it in October 2022 and naturally it's under warranty and I reached out to their online customer service for help. They advised me to email them, and to send them a video of the problem. In the first instance, I only sent an email explaining the problem which was simple: the bike doesn't start anymore, only the display comes up. I waited for a response. Nothing. I emailed them back 3 times over the course of 10 days asking if they received my request. Nothing. Eventually, after 2 weeks I contacted their online chat again. One customer service representative told me that their customer service team received my email and emailed me back, but the email didn't go through because of a technical issue. It took them 2 weeks to realize that? And how about all my repeated emails that they didn't answer? Absolutely ridiculous and insulting.

To add more insult, they emailed me quickly saying:" Thanks for your email. As we discussed over the online chat, we need a video showing the problem. Please mak
Let us know if you have any other questions, we are here to help." It's not a typo above, that's how they wrote. Then, in the online chat, they said "Thank you for your cooperation and understanding".

What????Are you kidding me? What kind of an attitude is this? I tried to be calm and asked them to get back to me quickly, and expressed my hope that it would not take another 2 weeks. They said they will talk to their engineer and it won't take long.
Well, here I am 11 days later, with no answer. I spent 1200 pounds on the ebike, more money even for extra lights and other things.This is my commute partner, my main mode of transportation. I cannot use it and this causes me a lot of issues. What's the point of the warranty if they treat their customers like this? I am decided to take action against them, and, although I never write negative reviews, I wrote this as a warning for others who intend to buy from this company. Hopefully it will help you when making a buying decision.
