I have recently used Ali transport…
I have recently used Ali transport twice, first for moving my belongings into storage then into my new house.
The guy’s packed all my stuff neatly and labelled them all up, dismantled all my big bits of furniture and eventually reassembled when I moved into new house. So grateful for the amazing team there and very grateful to the move team as well as all the office staff that made my move very smooth 😀

Doubled the price on the day
We booked our move with them for 3 hours (as advised by the company) at £150 paid in advance. It took 6 hours - the drive was only 5 minutes so it was 3 hours of loading and 3 hours of unloading. They wanted an extra £150 cash on the day. We explained we didn’t have cash and they eventually accepted bank transfer.
My partner (who paid them, moved with me and is also the customer) left a review earlier today and they claimed we weren’t customers of theirs, that the move never happened and threatened to sue us.

Oh, where to begin with this false narrative. First of all, we moved Holly on Sunday 26th June which was almost a month ago and so you have to wonder why, if we gave such a bad service as she claimed, it took almost a month for her to write her review. Secondly, I spoke with Holly myself and initially she told us she only had a few small items, x2 chest of drawers, 2x desks + chairs, coffee table, and a small tv stand, plus around 40 boxes). As it was a small job and she was moving within the same postcode we offered her our cheapest quote as based on what she told us it really should have been concluded within 3 hours. A few days later she emailed us to include another couple of items, we said fine as it would not have made that much of a difference. However, on the day itself, when our very professional, hardworking removal team arrived, they discovered they had far more items than we expected so of course it took a lot longer, and we had to charge for the additional hours, which is absolutely fair and just, THUS OF COURSE WE HAD TO DOUBLE THE PRICE ON THE DAY AS OUR TEAM WORKED DOUBLE THE HOURS. This situation could have been avoided if Holly had been, let us say, a little more forthcoming about the contents to be moved, but she was not and then has the audacity to complain. Holly and her partner did not want to pay them and that is why they wrote this belated nonsense. Furthermore, Holly does seem to have a habit of leaving bad reviews of other businesses she has encountered and I am speculating she is just a sad troll with plenty of time on her hands.
Very professional and hard working
Very professional, friendly and hardworking staff. Moved from 2 bed appartment to a house. The removals team arrived on time and were very quick and efficient in packing and loading my stuff. The move went very smoothly. Will highly recomend them.

Highly recommended. I moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 2nd floor flat in Kensington. The movings guys arrived on time and packed all the things especially taking care of paintings and fragile items. I had a video survey but on the day of the move we needed another van. The company arranged an extra van and personal promptly. They had moved all my stuff and unpacked for me in time for dinner. I had used different companies to move before but had the best experience with these lot. Especially the team member Asim was very helpful, lovely guy to chat to. Would highly recommended these lot. Good price excellent service.

Qick uopgarde from one large van to two smaller ones on the day and even better an extra van the next day at good rate both public holidays. 3 Friendly guys on delivery team. Would use again and recomend!
