Yoto mini order
I ordered a yoto mini on the 23/11 (during Black Friday). The website changed its turnaround to 7 days for delivery from the original 3 but that was to be expected with the amount of orders they were receiving. I emailed twice for delivery updates and they were quick to respond. On day 7 I received a delay apology email in the morning and then a dispatch email in the evening with tracking. My yotos arrived the next day. Could have had more protective packaging but all in all the items arrived safely.

improved service
Having just deleted a harsher review I left here, I want I want to be fair and say that my issue of an order getting lost somewhere the shipping process has now been acceptably resolved. It appears Little Find are a smaller company that have received a volume of orders over Black Friday for which their customer service was not prepared. I believe they are now doing their best to address and fulfil their orders.

I ordered a yoto mini and I've had a few problems with it. I messaged to ask about warranty and to see if it can be fixed but I have received no reply. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication.

Money taken, item never sent
Similar to the review below, I ordered a Yoto player on 19th November and am yet to receive my item, or even a dispatch notification. I too thought I would shop from a small business as opposed to a large retailer, but I now thoroughly regret it. I’ve tried contacting A Little Find via email, Facebook and Instagram and have had no response.
Edit:
My order arrived on 2nd December. I’m glad to have received it, but I won’t be shopping with the company in future. A response to any of my messages, or a blanket email advising me of a delay, would have completely changed my experience, but unfortunately it took me writing a poor review on Trustpilot to initiate communication. I hope the company can improve their customer service in future.

I ordered on 18/11 and still no items…
I ordered on 18/11 and still no items dispatched, let alone delivered. I had an email response to say it would be dispatched by latest Fri 24th but still nothing. All my next attempts at contact by email and fb messenger haven’t been responded to. I should have cancelled my order and gone directly to Yoto for the same price but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and help a smaller business. Now waiting to see if I will actually get a response and my items delivered. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience after seeing some great reviews.
Edit to add:
I have now received my items on 02/12. They were packaged well and they did upgrade to next day, so did arrive very quickly after being dispatched. The company was clearly overwhelmed with orders from their sale. Communication needed to be better but glad to finally have my order.

No items a week later
Ordered a yoto mini and adventure jacket a week ago for my sons birthday. Received a confirmation email when my order was placed. I have sent 2 emails to say I have not received my dispatch email or items, with no reply. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Have had to go and buy my son something else for his birthday. Hope to hear back soon from somebody at 'a little find' about where my order is.
Edited to add that my email was replied to a few days later with an apology for the delay. Item has now been dispatched and delivery changed from standard to next day.

I had never heard of this company but I was looking for a specific item as a gift for my nephew. A Little Find had the item available and I was pleased to be able to support a small business. The website was easy to navigate, it was easy to place my order and I received an email when the item was dispatched with the tracking number so I could keep on eye on when it would be delivered. When the item arrived it was packaged very well & the item inside was wrapped beautifully, I actually gifted it still wrapped as it looked so much better than I would have been able to wrap it lol. The gift was loved by my nephew and I would recommend this company 100% a great experience thank you!
Always beautifully packaged
I have now ordered from 'a little find' three times and they have been flawless everytime. Orders are dispatched and arrive quickly but by far the biggest perk for my is just how beautifully they come wrapped!
