I bought a leather shoe and it tore after a week. When I went back to them, they said it was misuse. I do not recommend trying it. It is very bad. Note that I have only used it twice.

As per our warranty policy, which covers faults in materials or craftsmanship, this type of damage unfortunately isn’t eligible for a replacement or refund.

Great company, will deffo use again.
Company was straight forward to order from, good prices (especially using the 10% first order sign up offer!) The delivery was received quickly, exactly as ordered.

The package that I received was totally different from what was shown online and the was average plus the fit was also off. Tried to return the order but was not entertained.

Brilliant service
Ordered some new balance on a whim. Hadn’t heard of this website before and was a bit hesitant. However so glad I made the purchase, item was exactly what I was after when no where else had it in stock online. Dispatch was rapid and tracking was up to date. Got a nice 10% off for being a new customer. They even added a return label free of charge in case I had to make a return. All round really happy. Highly recommend this website. I will be back!
