Very courteous and concerned about my situation/delivery problem.
I called to report the water bottle that I purchased stopped working. The customer service advised that they would send a replacement with priority. I haven’t received a email confirmation with a tracking number. I am not sure if a replacement has been sent. I’ve been waiting for 1 week.
Terrific communication and a great product. They responded promptly and positively to a misunderstanding with my order.
Had to call customer service right after ordering due to a mistake in my address. They answered immediately & I was not put on hold. The customer service rep was polite, lovely & answered every question I had. He then corrected my address immediately. The entire call took under 3 minutes.
I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a Waterbottle O2, which broke after a couple of weeks . It just burst. Very dangerous. First, they ask for proof pictures. Now they say they can't refund or send a new one because I did not return it, or complain in the first 30 days . It was not broken in the first 30 days. For such an expensive item you may expect to use it for years. Don't spend your money here. This smells like dropshipping!!
The website is devious in there online ordering
The promotional page after your order is made is designed to make you spend additional monies on more bottles that you don't need, there is no "Decline" option on the page and and no back button or reverse arrow to not partake you have to go forward and when you do extra bottles and charges are automatically applied without consent, also when I tried within 20 minutes of this disaster to cancel the additional order of bottles I was told they couldn't refund because it was already shipped from the warehouse, Really ?
There own site states they try to ship within 24 hours but because of demand it would be more than that atm
Well I must be just so lucky huh, mine got shipped in 20 minutes ... oops sorry about that nothing we can do ...Ha Ha !!
Absolutely Criminal
I will say customer phone support in the Philippines at least answered the call but not until my 3rd representative did I get the refund I was requesting, so disappointed with the shady method of purchase I cancelled the whole order, These people need to get their website figured out and stop these purchases designed to happen without your consent, Great product very very bad company policies and online sales craft
Bottle arrived with the box all broken and crushed. Seems to work OK no benefits yet. Cist a fortune ,these are on Amazon for💲39.99
Don’t get me wrong, the bottle is fabulous but it took over a month to come, first order said it was delivered but it never was, kept on and on and on to them about this and they said they would send another one out but it had the same tracking number as before that was said delivered, only when I opened a complaint to PayPal that they sent me out a new tracking number. I did get it in the end and I am extremely happy with it fair play. My sleep has been outstanding and I’m going to the toilet more, so I definitely know it works. I’ll give the bottle 5 stars but not the company only 3 stars and that’s being generous.

Terrible company don’t reply to emails about delivery leaves you guessing whether or not you are going to recive one
The website should warn the consumer that the item is coming from China and it will take at least 2 weeks to receive it. Consumer only finds out after its been ordered and the tracking information is made available.
