Absolute scumbags. Tried to make purchases off my card totalling £300+ from Denmark and I only had a hundred pound in it. Bank has now refunded me my card has been cancelled. Hope the police catch this filth. Jade Harewood is down as company director at company house. The scum even got this company registered at companies house to make people think it was legit. Hope whoever was behind this website gets caught.
Scammers - do not use this website
I have had a similar experience and wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I too had an email saying my card had been rejected so I stupidly used another one - my 1st card company contacted me to say that there had been some suspect activity so my card was cancelled and a new one sent. I then had a call today from the other card company to say that they had rejected transactions of £780, £849 and £4,000 and were cancelling my card and sending a new one. In the meantime both the website and the email address of the company are no longer in use. Up until then their contact details were available through Google but not anymore.
order not completed then a fraudulent …
order not completed, then days later a fraudulent act was stopped by my credit card company for a £164 to foot locker, card cancelled and a new one sent to me, if you read the rest of the reviews, it doesn't take much thought to who could be to blame.
Im another victim of this scam
Im another victim of this scam. I ordered products and recieved an email saying my card did not go through. I found it strange so tried again - it didnt go through again. Then a few days later money started dissapearing from my account and mobile phone contracts opened in my name. Im still trying to get it sorted. The hassle and stress it has caused has been terrible and I am pregnant. These people should be locked up with the key thrown away!

Fraud
Fraud. I ordered items that never arrived and then had a call from someone pretending to be from my bank from this number: 0141 280 7721 asking if I'd authorised £900 from alixa.co.uk. When I said no he asked me to pass security and at that point I hung up the phone realising he might not be from my bank. I rang my bank and they had no record of calling me. I immediately cancelled my bank card but unfortunately it was too late. The fraudsters had used my details to make a transaction of £74.50 on coinify.com

Order was cancelled and someone called me to give my bank details! Sorry, but not with me. This site should be closed. Avoid.
Do NOT use Alixa!
I would like to warn anybody reading this to not put any card details into this website! You will be sent an email letting you know your bank has declined the transaction for your order when in fact payment is never even requested from your bank - instead, your card details will be used for fraudulent transactions!
Scammers, please avoid
Should be zero stars but system doesn't allow it. I think like the other reviewers on here that they are fraudsters. Within 2 hours of placing an order my credit card details had been used in 2 fraudulent transactions totalling £1500. They said the order I placed with them "failed". They don't answer emails to their support email address. Their "info" email address simply bounces messages as it doesn't exist. The website mysteriously goes "down for maintenance" when you try and contact them. They have no telephone number, neither with BT nor yellow pages. Look them up in companies register and you'll find they only became a registered company at the end of December 2017 and have never filed any accounts, and have no telephone number.
Thinking they were genuine (at first) I even emailed offering to pay for my goods by an alternative method, but they simply don't respond to any commmunication. Given that I know exactly the history of my credit card use, never use it outside the house, always have it in an antiskim wallet, never store it on websites, I am 90% certain that they were the ones who stole the details and either sold them on or used them themselves.
Very, very dodgy. Their advertised prices are suspiciously less than everyone else's and I daresay this is how they draw people in, but if you must use them, be very, very careful.
AVOID!!
AVOID!!! This is definitely a fraudulent company. I purchased some items from them in Jan 2018 and never received a confirmation of order email. A couple of days later I emailed them via their contact form and, again, received no reply. I then attempted to go back into their website again and it does not exist anymore - it just says it is 'closed for maintenance and back soon' . I was about to ring my credit card company but they called me first - they had declined the transaction, which I was pleased about. Apparently, the transaction went through as The Hungry Home.
