Alkira living have a lot of buildings in Madrid and they are renting them at a reasonable price! which i find great. I saw their posts on idealista and called the company to ask for appointments to visit some of the flats, because i was really interested. They do this ONLY online so they literally force you to register and select a flat already and reserve it and upload all the documentation, which is not very easy on their websites). what i find really incredible is that the woman on the phone (who by the way knows nothing, cannot give you any info nor is professional) even tells me that this i more comfortable for us clients and easier and tells me i am apparently the only one who does not find this more convenient -- EXACTLY i do not find this more convenient and easier - it is more convenient for the company but I have to look for all the information and do all the work to try to understand how this works, have all my documents and everything ready without even being able to visit the building and flats first? How is this more convenient for me? this is the perfect example of a company how only wants to cash as fast as possible. I find it unbelievably sad and feel very desperate that renting a home has become so bad for us people. The situation in Madrid is already at its worst point with prices, conditions and the apartements itself -- so you Alkira Living make it even worse for us and only think of your convenience. Thank you. Even worse, we cannot even say anything but we just have to eat this sh+++ without complaining. Just because thats the way the world works these days. Sorry, I am not okay with this and i find it disrespectful.
