Bad news: apartment small and on 3rd floor....no lift......66 steps

Good news:very handy position....close to shops, metro,and all Paris attractions. Owner very nice guy...very helpful.Unit very clean with everything that you need.

A lovely, deceptively spacious apartment for paris, clean, modern amenities in a great location. Our host Laurent was helpful and kept in constant contact. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for future travellers.

The owner was incredibly nice and the flat breathtaking. It was absolutely clean and the location was spectacular. It is exactly as the photos. We couldn't have stayed in a better place. We can't wait to go back to Paris to stay there again. Thank you for making our time in Paris so pleasant.

This was our second stay at 33 Guy Moquet and of the 3 apartments we've stayed at on this holiday it is the best! Comfortable, cosy beds, great shower and a well equipped kitchen. The Patisserie just down the road is fabulous. It was nice to be away from the more touristy areas and a great base to come home to at night. Although on the street, with the windows closed you could barely hear the traffic. Tammy who met us was friendly and very helpful. A good way to describe the French in general. We loved our stay in Paris and will cherish those memories always.

We actually showed up a day earlier than expected and the owner was very accommodating and let us add a day to our reservation with no problems. He was very easy to get a hold of and was very polite! The location was great! We had a 2 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! The room was charming and clean and we had a view of the little garden area outside our window which we could open and enjoy the sounds of the rain at night. We stayed for 6 days. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Our apartment in Montmartre was comfortable and well located in a special neighbourhood. Handy to the metro and good local restaurants, it allowed us to retreat from the tourists in a genuine Paris neighbourhood. Venturing a few short streets away found an award winning boulangerie and fromagerie, and leaving for Gare du Nord on our last morning was a simple 1km walk downhill; no need for the metro after all.

Good size apartment close to shops and Metro stations, bed wasn't the most comfortablei I've slept in. Owner not a great communicator

Very helpful staffs, nice place to stay, clean and good area, service is good. Definitely will come to paris again and stay here again.

I saw so many website try to find a apartment in Paris, just this one give me full confidence, it was so easy to use with lots of picture also clear price was show, all this information was match to the truth, strongly recommend to others!

I was with my family 3 years ago in Paris and took opportunity to learn service of All Paris . We were totaly satisfied with service and secure and confident payment conditions of said company. Recently I was again on businestrip with my friend and chose once again AllParis with pleasure. You feel never alone because of the close contact and interest of AllParis to their clients.

My sister Frances and I spent a wonderful 6 days in Paris courtesy of Michel and Alina's apartment in the Rue Rottemburg. Loved the apartment and the locality and I loved the bed too not to mention the balcony. We were given great info on the local shops and markets by Michel and found our stay in Paris completely different experience as opposed to staying in a hotel. I would gladly recommend this apartment and your organisation to all my friends in Dublin.

Booking was very easy and quick to book

Very clean, cosy and in perfect location. The prize is ok for Paris, the housekeeper Marina was very friendly and at time, so... 5/5.

The apartment was compact, modern and easy to live in. Close to the centre of Montmatre

We stayed (3 adults) in this apartment for 4 nights and it was perfect.
Very clean apartment with all modern facilities. (Good for 4 adults).
On 4th floor with elevator/lift. Windows opening towards street "rue lamarck".Key handover after reaching was prompt and smooth and on time and the person who met for key handover was friendly and helpful.
The apartment had a file with information about nearby shopping centers and restaurants which we found very useful.

The company is perfect! You get all the help that you need and the minute that you´ve reached the apartment you get a text with a number if you need help!
