You should stay in an apartment if you are visiting Paris. It makes you feel as if you are a local.

The service was great. Someone rang me from the office to confirm my booking as it was booked with very short notice. The company also rang back to make sure I had the full details of the apartment. The young lady who met up at the apartment to give us the keys etc, was also very nice and very helpful. A phone contact was given for the company once we had checked in, in case we needed any assistance while we were staying the Paris. I thought this was a very nice feature as well. I highly recommend the Company and the apartment where we stayed.

We found this apartment great value, very good quality and in a lovely and convenient part of Paris. All the services were of a good standard - we were very happy and would recommend it.

This place was very central. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The place was spacious and charming. Only issue we had was the shower head was blocked so the shower was more a trickle than a real satisfying shower. Hence the 4 star rating. Other than that, it was great. Bakery and grocery shops right down stairs. Even though it was a one minute walk to the Eiffel tower we were away from the main tourist strip so it was still cosy and private. Would stay here again.

We were delighted with our experience of staying in Paris. Our apartment was secure and so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. Any problems with picking up the key were quickly addressed by the owner - a temp key holder with no English was in place. On expressing concerns, the owner rang me up within 10 mins and made all the arrangements fir me - very impressive!
We loved the fact a pool came with thus apartment. We wouldn't hesitate to use both the company and this particular accommodation again - clean, comfortable and more French than staying in a hotel!

The service received was excellent very good welcome and organisation of leaving the apartment.

The apartment provided most facilities except the TV which was too complicated and although brought up many channels only needed to be very basic and to be able to play a DVD.
I did feel the mirror hanging above the sofa, looked deadly and should have been removed, whether an antique or not.

My husband and I had a great stay in the apartment. It is very well equipped. It has a small bathroom though functional. The metro, taxi, cruise and tour bus stations are all nearby. The owner is such a caring and helpful woman who can be easily reached. The apartment is highly recommended to everyone.

It was great - just fantastic. Lovely balcony overlooking the rooftops. Breakfast on the balcony with baguette, cheese and fruit from the market street just one block away. Kept fit by the 6 flights of stairs. Best for a couple. The loft is a bit tight so Dad slept on the floor and daughter had the double bed! :-)

Apartment was fine: very nice room and bathroom, kitchen a bit small, but well equipped. It is situated in an old building on a small street between quite central streets. There were several supermarkets and nice boutiques around the place.

You have promised air condition , but instead there was a portable air conditioner that did not cool enough. And we suffered a lot on the hot and humid days.

The apartment is in a really good location - just a few minutes from Republique station on foot.

The apartment is spacious and comes well equipped. It could do with some modernising in a few areas - in particular the toilet and bathroom doors needs fixing so that they're not such an effort to close.

On balance, it was a good place for my family and I to stay for a few days, and we had excellent communication in the run-up to arrival. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay here.

Apartment was very nice to the total background! However! I never forward do not have to use All-Paris-apartments service and do not recommend that you do also. I had to plan my trip in august. On February 16 I had to book a nice apartment on Aug. In March I was to observe that after 1 July the booking is not possible in this apartment. On 8 may I was interested in whether everything is OK with my booking in august. I had to get the answer: Yes, everything is OK and will pay the remaining payment. On May 19, I'd get a letter that my booking has been cancelled and does not need to make a new reservation to another apartment. The end of May is the tourist season! All good deals were busy! An apology from All-Paris-apartments were invalid. (No discounts or champagne!)

Booking through this site was painless. Good communication both at home and once we got to our destination. Highly recommended.

Rue des Martyrs is a trendy and interesting area which becomes a little seedier as you reach the top of the road where the flat is located. Don't be put off by the immediate location and extensive graffiti on the entrance door to the apartment - once inside, the 3rd floor apartment (there is a small lift!) is great. Well equipped, clean, a great shower room and comfortable beds (linen and towels provided) and with several sets of french windows looking out on to the streets, it's a great place to stay. There is no air-conditioning so in hot weather you'll need to keep the windows open - and it's in a lively area so it's pretty noisy until well into the night. That said, it suited us and our teenage children perfectly - on a short trip to Paris, they felt they'd been "part of the scene". Great location for getting around Paris and a couple of well-stocked supermarkets nearby, as well as the local boulanger/pattiseries. I would definitely return.

Convenient location, Great space. Understanding hosts. Conveniences nearby. Near and easily accessible to, but not in tourist central. I would stay here again,

Apartment is in a great location, in summer you need the widows open, because there is no Air conditioning, the road below is very noisy.
The shower is very good, bed not bad for a drop down.

The location was very good for shops, restaurants and transport. However, the curtains were dirty, paintwork was shabby and with no double glazing it was very noisy as it opened onto a very busy street. It was difficult to sleep in the front bedrooms, though not too bad in the rear one. The towels and linen provided were fine and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The whole place needs completely cleaning and redecorating. The push button was missing off the toilet flush in the shower room. An oven would have been useful in addition to the microwave. It was well overpriced even for Paris. We would not go again.

This flat was perfect! Stayed here with my two daughters for a week and it was brilliant. Good location and has everything you need!
