Could definitely recommed it.

The place is a jewel that must be polished a little more, location is really great. However it was disappointing, that the reality is far from the pictures. Furniture is very old, carpets, and the bedding makes you think about how clean it really is. However you find everything to cook, oil, salt pepper. (Well I found dirty glasses and an old orange juice in the fridge) Alexandra, the administrator is very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is close to everything. The apartment is nice and spacious. The master bedroom is quiet but the living room gets the street noises but its fine when the window is closed. The contact person is very welcoming and attentive. All in all, a great stay.

As a family of 5, difficult to find a decent place to stay without costing a fortune. The apartment we stayed in was clean, well situated and was extremely reasonable (cost was half of where we stayed last time in Paris through Expedia, as prices increased for summer). Would not hesitate to stay there again if returning to Paris.

Guillaume what a star ! Nothing too much trouble for this guy.The apartment was exactly as advertised and in a fantastic location, I will definitely use this company again. DO NOT be put off by having to pay a large breakage deposit. I got mine back with no fuss or hassle.

Staying here gave us a real feel for living in Paris. It was very hot but the apartment was like an oasis to come home to. Roomy and well appointed close to everything...what more could you want

A really good professional setup. I like that you can pay a deposit - helps when planning trips like this. Was a bit concerned when I saw they were actually based in Spain as I can't speak a word of Spanish!! However, they provided a UK number which connected to their Spanish offices and whilst they answered in Spanish as soon as I spoke in English they responded back in fluent English and dealt with out query very well.

All staff I spoke to were very reassuring and professional. Would definitely book with them again.

All Paris apartments were very helpful, easy to use and provide top quality apartments at great rates. The staff are very easy to deal with and provide good information on any queries.

Apartment was lovely clean and tidy, it had everything you needed in and around it, transport, grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, just a great location to enjoy to full Paris atmosphere.

Secure apartment with everything we needed. Close to transport and many points of interest within walking distance. Stephanie was a delightful host and gave us useful information. If we have the opportunity we will be back!

Brilliant location and accommodation features. Check in was easy and accommodating for the late time we arrived. We knew it was 5 stories up by stairs but all the good reviews swayed us to stay here and it was so good you didn't think about the climb.
My only suggestion would be for the owner to supply hand soap, even 1 for starters!

We had a good experience with agents/owner of the apartment very helpfull.The apartment is big it fits all my family of 7.
It is in good location close to everything.

Great location but not what we expected. Far to cell like for us. Thought (as per photo on advertised website) we had a view to a courtyard and the street.Definitely no courtyard and the windows far to high to be able to see out unless standing full height or on tiptoe. As it is street level there are bars on windows as well. A necessity for safety but added to the prison feel for us. Luckily there is air conditioning and double glazing as the window had to closed all the times because the street was so noisy. Although we knew it was a studio It was smaller than we expected (bed hard up against wall & no room for suitcases except on couch) but had necessary essentials. Black & red decor added to the closed in feel. The sanity saver for us was its great position, just around the corner from the Bastille and Place des Vosges.

Came across this apartment online and the location looked great. It came with some good reviews and the apartment pictures looked nice too.

Booking was easy and we received a few follow-up emails from the owner to confirm my travel details.

Arrival at the apartment was also simple, even when we were held-up by metro works.

Apartment didn't disappoint. Despite its cosy size it was clean and comfortable. Close to metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero.

We arrived during a cool, rainy period and the apartment was musty smelling and extremely damp - especially in the basement bedroom where the kids slept. On the 2nd day, I refilled the desiccant in the unit (which I assume the cleaners are not responsible for because it was full of water and the desiccant used, but an unopened box of the cartridges sat on the shelf). This helped minimally but the mould on the wall near the kids' beds was revolting. Highly recommend that you close your eyes when stepping into the shower. Mould everywhere. Very disturbing especially when all you want after travelling is a hot shower. Master bedroom was spacious and the kitchen well equipped with dishes, fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. Nice living room with good sized flat screen. Wi-fi connection was good once the handwritten 20+ digit pass code was deciphered. Location was excellent, just behind the Musée d'Orsay and close to the Seine. Small grocery store up the street had all the necessities and lots of boulangeries and brasseries nearby.

I have found this site by just looking through various internet options, and was attracted by the good choice of apartments and the ease of navigating the page.
Later on I neede some document from them, and it was supplied in no time at all.
And, while in Paris, I needed help in comminicating with the apartment owner (as I speak no French at all), and again, the staff of the company resolved my questions with immediate effect. Very enjoyable experience.

This company were highly organised and efficient. We found the best apartment through them and then liaised with the owner directly for payment. Staying in an apartment gjves a totally different quality of French experience to the generic experience of a hotel chain. We felt like real parisians sitting on our rooftop balcony amongst the locals.
