The Best!!!!

The apartment was amazing. Clean, spacious, Great location. We stayed for the first time in Paris and this apartment was what we needed. We put our luggage on the lift to the 5th floor and then only had to walk to the 6th floor. I walked all of the stairs everyday so I could eat that extra Macaron!!
We ate in some night which saved us money, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom shower had hot water and the water pressure was fine. The only negative would be for the person who sleeps in the dinning room, it gets light in the morning. One window in the kitchen doesn't have a shade. That being said my 18 yr old didn't have any trouble. We needed to get up and enjoy Paris. Air conditioning was nice to have. The location was amazing. We had the Pompidou center in our back yard. Starbuck, shopping, grocery and bakeries all very very close to the apartment. Very close to the subway which took us everywhere. We even went to the airport on the subway and it was very easy. Wonderful time and accommodations.
Thank you

Mirror mirror on the wall what's the best apartment of them all!

The spacious outdoor area gave this apartment a greater feel of Parisien atmosphere than usually felt in most small accommodation in Paris. The proximity to the metro, the Pompidou Centre, the outdoor cafe culture and the ability to walk to Notre Dame, along the River Seine or to the Louvre was ideal. Fitness is a must due to the 99 stairs but Elcel was great helping with the luggage and checking us in. Maybe not the best place for first time in Paris as the night-life is full on and can, in places, be a bit seedy.

Stay Away from All-Paris-Apartments!

I am a worldwide traveler and very experienced in booking vacations. This trip to Paris was important - my 10 year wedding anniversary trip and our 22-month-old baby’s first time to Europe. Coming from the U.S. that is a big trip for a baby. We booked our apartment with All-Paris-Apartments well in advance and paid the $500 security deposit. In the pictures the apartment looked roomy and had all the amenities we needed to stay with a small baby, including air conditioning.

We followed all instructions prior to leaving for our trip, which included emailing Thomas & Jeremy (the Paris contacts and apartment managers) the details of our flights, and a reminder that we needed to rent the baby cot and high chair. After no response over the course of a week to our FOUR emails, we called Theresa at All-Paris-Apartments and explained we were concerned about the legitimacy of our contacts and reservation. Theresa laughed off our concerns, saying that everything would be fine, and that they were just busy. She mentioned no issues with the apartment or the fact we were renting the additional items for the baby through them.

Upon arrival in Paris, we waited for our contact’s arrival on the street in front of the apartment for over an hour. Every time we called him, he would say he’d be there in 10 or 15 minutes. When he finally arrived and led us into the apartment, he gave a quick tour and noted the air conditioning was broken! We told him this was unacceptable since we were to stay there for 8 nights and this vastly changed the comfort level of the apartment. We paid for an apartment with AC and were given no notice prior to our arrival that this amenity was no longer working. He also offered no solutions and acted like it was no big deal. This was a VERY big deal to us. The apartment was on the fourth floor of the building, and was very warm that day even though it was only 60 degrees out. We knew we wouldn’t be able to open the windows since our toddler could crawl up and out the window. Without AC, this was no longer the accommodation we had signed on for (or paid for)

At this point we noticed the baby cot and highchair we requested were also missing from the apartment. This is when our contact told us that “we had never requested such items.” This was pretty funny since we requested them 5 months earlier, then confirmed with All-Paris-Apartments the week before we arrived in Paris via phone. Oh yeah and the 4 emails I sent the week prior, I reminded them then also.

Realizing how upset we were, our contact then said he was “too busy” and left us to go on to the next people. We called All-Paris-Apartments thinking surely they would do something to help us after being so helpful in taking our reservation and security deposit. I said they needed to find a solution for us or we would have no choice but to leave. They call our Paris contact and simply told them we wanted to leave. They offered no solutions, condolences, money off our stay, or to try and get the AC fixed. Nothing.

This was a very scary moment to have just landed with a baby and suddenly feel that we didn’t have adequate accommodations and the company we booked with turned out to be so inadequate. But we made the decision to leave and find a hotel room. We got lucky finding one, and I realize this could have gone differently.

I think All-Paris-Apartments is running a very shady business. I think their representatives and contacts are inadequate. I think they owe me my $500 security deposit back since they did nothing to earn a cent of that money.

All-Paris-Apartments an experience I would not recommend

We stayed at apartment Rue Des Rosiers 26 (4th arrondissement) in July 2014. The company that actually managed our stay was Bed & Style on behalf of All-Paris_Apartments.

It is appalling that we were not warned in advance that our apartment had NO running water in the evenings from 10.30 or 11pm onwards until the next morning(!).

We got caught out on the 1st night and one of us was in the shower, still covered in soap and the water just stopped abruptly. We had no water to finish the shower, brush our teeth or flush the toilet. I had to head out to the shops to buy water so we could just brush our teeth before bed. I called the agent to let them know but they claimed they didn't know why that was the case. I asked them to follow up with the apartment owner about this but I never got any response back about it.

Well it was not a once off occurrence - this happened EVERY night - no fail. As far as I'm concerned I paid for an apartment with running water for my full stay - not for only specified times. If it was just a coincidence that the apartment only water had problems during my stay I should have been compensated for this but when I mentioned this to the agent I never got a response. The only response I got from the agent after this was an email with my receipt charging me in full for my stay - not even mentioning about my water issues. What a class act.

The customer service I received was beyond poor. I would never hire another apartment throughout this company again. In future I would rather book through a reputable company like booking.com - where I know if I have any problems I will have first class customer service.

Oustanding!!!

We stayed at this residence from June 28th 2014-July 13th 2014 it was myself and my two son ages 14 & 23 staying in Paris for two weeks coming from NYC. I had stayed in the 15 arr on a previous trip to Paris alone near the Vaugirard and I so Loved the area it reminded me of home in NYCs village. I looked for accommodations at the same location but they would not be available. That is when I came across All Paris Apartments it was truly a godsend. From the moment I spoke with my contact in booking to leaving my deposit and paying my stay off before arrival it was absolutely fantastic.

The flat was just as pictured on the site and even more beautiful in person. The flat was clean and we had plenty of towels and linen. We cooked there nearly every night which was great for the days when we just wanted home cooking. In the neighborhood there are several boulangeries for morning baguettes a Franprix for shopping for things like water and milk and other kitchen essentials. There are restaurants for all types of food French Halal Indian Thai Pizza even a Subways if you like. There is a local grocer right out front where you can get wine and cheese and snacks.

The metro is around the corner and you can get anywhere in Paris within minutes.

We got to the flat so easy from CDG using the Rer...our greeter was right there waiting for us and on time. We landed very early in the morning in Paris from an overnight flight from NYC and a connection from Dublin. We were extremely tired after our travel and our greeter made sure that he checked us in as early as he could so that we could rest and unwind.

There is a welcome packet in the flat with maps and local information. There was a washer and dryer in the toilet room and that was great being that we stayed for two weeks. I saw previous reviews about the bathroom being small. This is not so, I expected something tiny and unmanageable based on the reviews. The bathroom was just fine, I am not skinny I have curves and I was able to manage the toilet room as well as the bathroom en-suite and shower with ease. I was able to dress and undress without issue in both rooms. The toilet room has the washer/dryer as well as a sink and mirror. After a long day I could enter this room undress add my clothes to the washer and leave. I promise you there is space in both the toilet room and the bathroom with shower. The shower has more than enough room to close the glass doors and wash and maneuver properly. There was always hot water, always no matter what time you needed it.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable we slept so well in the beds. In my room the master room there's a big king bed, in the kids room two twins all well fitted with sheets and blankets and comforters. There is a television with cable in the master room and a television with DVD in the secondary room.

The living room is beautifully furnished with a huge flat screen cable TV and great wi-fi. We never had a problem with wi-fi never did it drop never did it give us issue everything was perfect. We even found English speaking channels we were there in Paris so long that french TV we became accustom to and even had favorite shows in French to watch. I have a young son who found the French Disney channel awesome. The balcony was amazing we Loved it there watching the neighborhood seeing everyone move about their day. If you are looking to live like a Parisian a local while on holiday this is the perfect place for you.

We Loved this place so much we are booking again for next summer. We know the local merchants everyone was so friendly in the neighborhood, they greeted us everyday. Its safe here close to everything and just walking roaming around at any time of the day or night was absolutely fine. This is truly our home away from home. We Love Paris and our stay has made us Love Paris even more. There were a few days were we couldn't get out.... it was cold and raining but this flat was still a dream... we didnt mind being hold up here. It was so comfortable to relax and eat and just bond and reconnect with my family. What an amazing flat.

Thank you so much All Paris Apartments we are truly blessed to have found your company

Excellent location, spacious, could use a thorough cleaning

We enjoyed our stay at our apartment in the Bastille. Perfect for large groups or a family it accommodated 5 of us very well. The Metro station is just outside the building and close to the Marais. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and sleeper couch, and 2 kitchens make it perfect for groups. Generally clean but could use a good, thorough cleaning and some repairs to some cupboards. Close to many cafes and grocery stores. It was easy to be in touch with the person who delivered us our keys and he was very helpful in getting us situated.

Disappointed in the 16th

My stay at this apartment was a disappointment. First of all, the owner wasn't there when I arrived. He hadn't given me the access code for the front door so I couldn't get in and it was raining to make matters worse. Luckily, I was able to come in with some occupants after I explained the situation to them. I waited about a half hour for the owner to arrive. Even when he did arrive, he never gave me the access code which I later got from a neighbour and the owner faulted me for asking a neighbour something.

The unit was a disappointment as well. It is much smaller than it appears in the ad although it's comfortable enough. The kitchen is not equipped with a microwave, toaster or can opener, all items that I use regularly especially when travelling where I try to simplify my diet.

There is a lot of noise transfer in the building and it affected my sleep during my entire stay. When checking out, the first thing the owner said to me was that he had received a complaint from the downstairs neighbour concerning noise coming from my unit which doesn't make sense since I was travelling alone, I never wore my shoes in the unit and never even turned on the TV. In fact, I didn't make a peep! There was a lot of noise however coming from a neighbours' apt. and that is surely where any noise would have originated.

The 300 euro deposit for this unit is excessive given what is in it. Upon check-out, the owner was opening kitchen cupboards and drawers to make sure everything was there but there is only basic IKEA dishes and flatware anyway which can't justify the 300 euro deposit even if something did happen to it. I did sense however that he would use any excuse to withhold part of that deposit and I suspect his faulting me for being noisy had something to do with that. Strangely enough, he arrived with only 250 euros on him and had to go back down to his car to fetch the remaining 50 euros after I stated my case that I was in no way responsible for noise and he saw how well I had taken care of the unit.

On the positive side, the building is on a quiet street and backs onto a courtyard so there is no traffic noise. The noise only originates from within the building. It is also well located not far from a subway station on the number 9 and 10 subway lines.

Very dirty appartment

Unfortunately, we don't have many positive things to say about our experience with All Paris Apartments. The place we chose looked great on the pictures, however when we got there we realized that it was dirty and worn off. The Management Company is doing a poor job in keeping this place up and accommodating customers. Besides the fact that the place was dirty and things are falling apart and broke, the management company was very difficult to work with. After several attempts to contact them by e-mail to get our deposit back, we had to find a phone to call them, as they would not respond. I would not recommend staying at this place.

Great choices with helpful information

We booked all our Paris accommodation through this site. We had all the information up front to help us make the decision, even down to how the apartment owner wanted to be paid, BEFORE we booked. The apartments we booked (one when we arrived for our tour and a different one before we flew home) were both accurately described so there were no surprises. Unlike some sites we had to use in other cities, we never arrived to find the place under complete renovation with workers at our 3rd floor window, or many of the other issues I had when booking through the usual hotel sites. Great site and can highly recommend.

Won't Stay at 10 Rue Aubriot Again

Positives:
1. Good location
2. Good coffee
3. Quiet.
4. Comfortable beds

Negatives:
1. We were met by a person who spoke neither French nor English.
2. No receipt was provided for the balance of payment made in cash on arrival.
3. The shower didn't work properly because the hose pipe to the head was leaking badly.
4. The shower didn't drain so we had to shower standing in cool water.
5. Every time the toilet was flushed, drain water exploded out of the wash basin - all over the walls, mirror, etc. - Urrgh!
6. There was no way to communicate to the owner or responsible person in order to have these problems attended to.

It was a pleasant stay with no disturbances and was acceptable for the short period it was.

The stay was ok. Although the apartment was small, it was supplied with all the necessary facilities. The neighborhood was fine and the building was two streets walk from the nearest metro station. There was a cafe, supermarket and a restaurant just at the base of the building in the street. The landlord lady is a very pleasant character and was very helpful.

Great apartment with everything you need

We stayed here for a week in May. The owners were very nice and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, not too far from train and metro stations, with a good view of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window. You can also get a glimpse of it from the bathroom window. It has everything you need in a good sized kitchen, including a washer/dryer combo machine. The boulangerie downstairs opens at 7am and it was a treat to get fresh baguettes for daily breakfast. There are also a couple of grocery stores nearby, one just downstairs of the apartment. Highly recommended!
