My wife and I had a great time in a nice apartment more than large enough for us. The apartment was situated in a calm street near all facilities one needs. Parking our car was very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was very nice. Unfortunately our safe deposit box was opened with a key
and a lot of our cash money was stolen.
This was reported to the police and they where very helpful. But our money is gone!!!

Despite having to climb 5 flights of stairs the apartment was a welcome oasis after a day's activities.
Street was buzzing with small bars and designer shops. We saw 2 shop openings in our short stay.
It is close to 3 metro stations which give a good choice of lines to use. There is a small supermarket a few doors away.
The apartment would be a bit small for 4 people but for 2 it was fine.
The contact arrived on time and explained all the facilities.
This apartment is perfect for young people who enjoy some nightlife.

The apartment was located in a marvellous part of Paris. The majority of top sights were within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and well equipped if a little compact. Our contact Valerie was friendly and helpful. Overall, we would recommend this accommodation.

You can book a great apartment very simple and safe.

Great apartment wonderfully positioned in the Marias .Close to cafes, restaurants and supermakets for all your fantastic Parisian food needs.The apartment itself was clean and a tidy and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen.
Down side,the only window in the apartment opened onto a light well which is not ideal and the bathroom shower dose not really cater for tall adults.
Also if you intend to use the luggage storage up the road you will need a smart phone to access.
All up a great place to stay which we will use again when next in Paris.

This compact apartment is in the most fantastic location in the heart of arty St Germain. There is a small supermarket across the road and a larger one around the corner. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the street and surrounds. It was fairly quiet considering its prime location and you can use the electric shutters to block out the light and any noise, although we preferred to leave the window open for fresh air and were not disturbed by any noise. The only drawback is that the floorboards are extremely creaky and need replacing and the front door was difficult to securely bolt which meant we could only lock and not bolt the door. If these 2 things were fixed it would be ideal and we would consider staying again. In fact I think we would move in!

The apartment is beautiful, quaint & so quiet, so nice & dark at night for sleeping. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants,bolangerie, supermarket over the road. The location is terrific. right in the heart of France. Walking distance to everything. Bautous Bus 5 mins to stop.
The only thing I can fault is the flooring is way to squeaky. But we had the best time.
Will be back one day…...

This was a prime location from which to access all of the many Paris tourist attractions. The Apartment is small but adequate and is well maintained. Manager was most helpful. Internet connection good.
We were very happy with the accommodation for the price.

I was pleased to be in such a good location in Montmartre. The general appearance of the apartment buildings was good but the interiors were dated and worn. The apartment itself was well equipped but showed signs of over use. Otherwise an excellent base for exploring Paris.

I like very much our stay in Paris. It is easy to get to all place of interests by foot or by metro (5 min. walking metro and RER). Nice fiew from the window. It was very pleasant to go home evening and to open windows. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you very much Fabienne and Falk for kindness and hostibility.

I would not recommend this apartment

The apartment in Paris was situated in super location an the young lady Amelie who was our contact at the apartment was very friendly. The apartment consists of two smaller apartments and is therefore an excellent choise for two couples or families. Very quiet and safe. The terrace view outstanding. Sunchairs would be nice but current terrace furniture was ok. Overall feeling of the apartment was Very Good and we would rent this again any time!

Delivered as promised! Would use them again without any reservation.

Very easy to deal with them and on two occasions, I was satisfied with the service. They have the added value of providing discounts and assistance on visiting the cities where we booked a flat. I would recommend using them in the future.

Our recent stay at this very clean, comfortable and beautifully situated apartment couldn't have been better. We were welcomed by Rebecca, the owner of the apartment; I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in Paris.

Loved the location. Although small it is very well equipped. We loved being able to do some cooking as eating out on huge meals two to three times a day is not everyone's dream.
Quiet from the street but can hear footsteps from above.
Don't be put off by the communal entry which is rather drab because once you reach the 3rd floor apartment it is clean & smart.

Had a wonderful stay with Proprietess, Sylvie and her husband Eric (and dog Ice T). First the location is wonderful from the standpoint of Paris' outstanding public transportation. Easy bus and train ride anywhere within Paris. The accommodations were nice and I loved the way they decorated their house. Finally, Sylvie is a gourmet cook. What more could you ask for? Friendship...and we received that also. We plan to return to France soon and when in Paris, we would only stay there.

Good location when you are fit to take the metro, and you can do the steps with all the luguage to the 2nd floor.
Price/quality rather expensive
